Chase Bank

Came in to ask a question about my account around some fees and Hector G. Was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. He was very understanding of my frustration and was able to help with the reversal of some of the fees. It made the rest of my day.

Had to switch out my old debit card for a new Chip card (the one they mailed got lost in transit). Came in here to get the new one as instructed by phone support on ¹⁄₁₉ as I wanted to make sure it was taken care of before I went on a vacation the next day.
A manager helped me, or I assume so, he was at a cubicle. He was nice enough, swapped out the card, and destroyed the old one. Five minutes later, I walked out with my new card. All set, right?
On vacation, my card gets declined my second day at dinner. A little embarrassing, but it happens. Thinking it was a fraud thing since I was traveling, I called in.
45 minutes later I discover that this manager made a MAJOR mistake processing the swap and my new card has been irreversibly canceled. There’s absolutely nothing they can do and I’m thousands of miles from a branch. Very poor experience, and I will be closing my account as soon as possible.
TLDR: A Manager here screwed up big time and ruined my vacation.

Pretty conveniently located and fully staffed. I’ve always been greater by an employee when I enter. Service ha always been pretty quick and smooth, and they have always been able to provide me general info and help me with my account.
