Chase Bank

People there are rude specially that guy who was sitting in thise box office very rude i was walking to go to the bathroom he didnt let me i hope he got terrible diarhea and poop in his pants lol

Consistently bad service which is a shame considering it’s the branch I opened my account with and is close by my house. Thankfully not all branches are like this and I’m able to continue my banking relationship with another more friendly location.

This is my ideal bank & it is so well located. It has its own parking lot (how many banks can say that, especially in SF), ATM’s, cash dispensing machines w/​an option to select your type of bills (separate from the ATM’s), safe deposit boxes on location, a Mel’s Drive-​In next door, a post office across the street & a HK dim sum restaurant across the other corner. Boy if the other corner had a bar w/​1970 prices, I may never return to the office or home. Mgr. Denny Shook, Christina, Kita Jones, Simon Tsai & recently Susan Wong. Friendly staff, transactions were smooth even when some had rough issues. Been coming here since their grand opening & many tellers have come & go. Never had a problem that I can remember.

I come here to make withdraws because it near by and has parking lot. All the tellers and bankers are extremely helpful from withdraws to closing extra accounts. The staff has consistently exceeded my expectations each visit. Whereas other banks there service varies day to day based on the workers or day of the week. Thumbs up.

Always great customer service! I never feel rushed and they always make me feel important regardless of what I’m there to do (deposit, withdrawal, etc).

Chase has ample parking here. just 2 tellers working so it was a slight wait.

The best service I’ve ever had! I’ve had some issues and questions with documents that should be provided and the bank officer could work it out, he was patient and polite, answering all my questions, ready to help. He also explained and showed me how to use some services I’ve got.
I recommend this bak to everyone who wants to be well served.

Awesome service! First time going in Chase in three year and I didn’t even know my debit card was expired! I got a new one within 20 minutes and also had some small talks with the banker (would never get this in Japan!)

Antwon was very helpful in helping us setup a new business account with Chase. He went over everything in detail was not pushy at all in making you sign up for accounts you will never need or other nonsense. The tellers here are also very helpful and there is never really a long wait. Definitely a great branch to go to.

This is another Chase Bank with a parking lot for its customers? Props! The parking lot and building adjacent to this facility is Mel’s Drive-​In. I like the fact that the ATM’s at this branch are securely located behind closed doors. If one wants to make random trips to the ATM between 6 pm — 9 am, then they do can it safely and this is something I always adore!

Stopped in to get some bills for a Chinese bakery, because of the universal pre-​requisite of cash-​only. This corner site Is a former Abbey Carpet business, and even before that a Wherehouse/​Warehouse (sp?) Records. Chase Banks are sprouting up non-​stop all over SF. This particular branch has a free parking lot, so it’s very very convenient if you have to go do some brick-​and-​mortar banking. It’s across the street from HK2 (yay). The banking gal was nice; they usually are. Off now to get some bolo baus.

We were interested to see what was going into the old Abbey Carpet location (they moved a few blocks to the east) and watched as they worked behind the wooden walls. The unveiling came last week and it is a sparkling new Chase location. I do some business with Chase and was happy to see a new spot in my new hood.
Now normally I won’t review a place until it is open, and was going to wait. But today, as I walked by with my yellow lab on the way back from Pet’s Corner (
) with an armful of dog food, I slowed to peak in the window. One of the persons working there opened the door, said hello and gave Sadie a quick pet. We spoke for a bit, and when I mentioned I was a customer and now lived in the area, and was happy to see the new location, she shared with me the services they would provide at this location, and was quite genuinely friendly. And as we were standing there a couple of the pet items began to slip — she stuck her head in the door and asked another person to get me the bag from her desk. We then finished our discussion by scheduling an appointment for the day after they open to address a couple items I need taken care of.
So while they are not officially open yet, I wish them a hearty welcome to the neighborhood. They officially open on Nov 15, but if you go by and say hello they will treat you like a good customer already.
