Dee is so incredibly approachable, honest and real in the most genuine way. She says what she really feels is right and you can’t help but feel it is coming from the right place. Everyone has to run a business but I would never in my mind question where Dee’s recommendations are coming from: simply what is going to help you most. Get welcomed into your next step for wellness instead of forcing, boot-camp punishing or other tactics that are old fashioned carrot-stick. Dee can say hello to your humanity and let you be inspired from there.

I started seeing Dee to improve my overall health. As a competitive dancer I have been battling a particular injury for years, and after less than two months with Dee, my injury has healed (not too mention I have much more energy!).
Dee is one of the kindest people you will meet, extremely professional and very knowledgable.
