This store is a joke. Ordered a pizza, got a wrong one, called 3 times. They said they were going to deliver another pizza but I had to wait 2 hours because they were busy. Waited 2 hours the pizza never came, called again and they never picked up the phone, store closed, never got my pizza, got charged $ 36. I hope they will be closed permanently, so they can stop taking people’s money. This has happened twice!

I tried calling 5 times and was hung up on every time! I could hear them talking in the back ground. At first I thought that maybe the connection was bad but now I know who ever was working there that night was doing this on purpose. I know they were probably busy but they could at least put me on hold like every other pizza place. Will not be ordering from them again.

Negative stars if I could. Ordered 5 large pizzas for school party at 1030. At 12, I called to check the status and they haven’t been made yet and was told another hour. The online system said 20 minutes when I ordered. Never ordering from here again

WOW. I’ve lasted 23 years not having to do a Unilocal review but this place flickin changed all that. Ive worked seven years in pizzerias so i know it can be tough at times, but there is no excuse for this level of incompetence. Ever. I’ve waited up to four hours for breadsticks, been put on hold for OVER an hour, and have been given«credit» now three separate times due to their mistakes that has neeeever been applied to my account. The catalyst for this review however is my personal favorite, which was when the manager told me that«sh*t happens» on my call to complain about their apparent inability to read an online order. Their mastered technique of ‘dont answer the phone and customers will simply give up and go away’ is truly impressive. I hope the employees here read this and are ashamed by how poorly they treat other peoples time and money. However, they have really good cheesy bread that cures my hangovers, so i suppose its good i cant give 0 stars. This one star represents their only hope. cheese on bread.

I have never written a review, but the customer service of this particular chain is horrendous. I have been waiting for my pizza for 2+ hours now and still no sign of the delivery guy. I called in and was assured that my pizza would arrive within a couple of minutes and it is not been 30 minutes since that phone call. I am honestly a pretty patient guy, but this is seriously outrageous. I will never patronize this franchise again. I don’t understand how they are still in business…

I will never be using domino’s again after waiting for 2.5 hours while the employees said it would take 70 minutes max on two separate occasions. This kind of disregard for customers is enough reason for me to never use dominos again. Once I use my $ 15 voucher they will never get my business again.

Do NOT order from this location! I ordered a pizza online and they never delivered it AND they still charged me. I tried calling over the past 4 days for a refund and then never pick up the phone. I ended up calling the corporate office to try to get my money back, but I’m not holding my breath. They are criminals as far as I’m concerned.

Went online to order a pizza last week and there was a 61 minute expected delivery time(I live a couple blocks away). It was a weekend, so I understood. I checked the delivery tracker online and it said that the pizza had been quality checked at 25 minutes. I then called 15 times and waited for two more hours before I officially gave up. So glad that I picked cash instead of credit. Even reached out to corporate who just redirected me to the store who I still Haven’t heard from. I guess I’m just going to have to do pickup from The Pizza Place from now on.

The Noriega Street Domino’s helped me stick to my diet by never delivering my food. After a craptastic day I really didn’t feel like eating my diet food for dinner. Thru the online ordering system I order a pizza, chicken and desert. Yeah, it was that kind of day. After waiting an hour I called the store to find out what was going on. They never picked up. I called 5 or 6 time and nothing, I even let it ring until the phone company disconnected it. I eventually got tired of waiting and ate my diet food. Thanks Domino’s. Update: A few days after my review I was contacted by Domino’s corporate. This location is locally owned, they had forwarded my review to the owners. A week later and the charge was still on my credit card. I tried one more time to call the store to get a refund but the phone just rang. I eventually contacted my credit are company and had them cancel payment.

Super annoyed at this dominos today. I placed my order online and was told it would take 40 – 50 minutes for delivery. After an hour and a half the online pizza tracker said the pizza was(finally) delivered. It was another 10 minutes after that when my pizza finally arrived. The poor driver looked very frazzled and had the bag packed full. The food was tasty but I was bummed out having to wait an hour and a half for delivery though.

What an absolute JOKE of a business. Where is Domino’s management and why is this national business operating like a college kid’s dorm room? They literally had one worker and one driver on a Sunday afternoon. I placed my order at 11. I recieved my pizza at 3 pm. Countless unanswered calls later to the business, and finally to the driver when we demanded his number, our pizza arrived cold and sloppy. I’m upset about the awful level of service and the unapologetic manager on the other end of the line who told me 2 hours was an acceptable amount of time to wait due to the ‘49ers game happening. I think not.

Delivery took 2hrs! Got my confirmation at 7:45pm and at 9:00pm Dominos tracker said Chung left the store with our pizza. Dominos tracker is the worst! just made me more upset that i can actually see how late they are. We didn’t get it until 9:45pm and the pizza is lukewarm and almost cold. Not happy with Dominos at all! Also the BF and i got into an argument over the issue because we were both hangry. Dominos you fail and fail again time after time.

I’ve had a few not-so-good experiences with this location over the last few months, but today’s experience takes the cake. I will not order from Domino’s on Noriega again. Here’s why: I used the app to order and I received a confirmation email immediately. But 90 minutes later, the pizza still wasn’t here. There was no phone call or follow up email. When I called to check on the order, they didn’t pick up the phone! It’s been more than THREEHOURS. Still, no communication from the Noriega location about the pizza. When I called again, someone picked up and immediately placed me on hold before I could speak. I waited for 10 minutes and no one picked up, so I hung up. I can’t even cancel my order! Luckily, Domino’s Twitter account has been more responsive. However, I sent them my information more than an hour ago and haven’t heard back. I recommend going somewhere else or calling another place if you’re looking for pizza delivery.

Avoid. 1st time I ordered, I did carryout and ordered«normal» amount of toppings for the pizza. When I got home with it, I saw they skimped soooo much on the toppings(for a large) that I wanted to go back and take my tip. 2nd time I ordered — carryout again — I was checking my status update online and saw that they had been«prepping» it for almost an hour — called 3x the line was busy, finally got through the 4th to ask what was going on and the guy goes, ‘yeah I believe I left you a voicemail on your phone number, we had an incident in the kitchen“ There was NOVOICEMAIL left btw, confirmed my number with him & will seriously have to re-think if I order from this branch again.

I ordered a pizza online. The tracker said that it received my order and started making the pizza. THATWASIT. It never changed or updated. I called them at least 11TIMES, nobody answered. 2+ hours went by, my status never changed and they still never picked up their phone at all. I ended up ordering elsewhere and hours later, Domino’s closed/they canceled my order. They could at least let me know the order I placed wasn’t happening. It was a Sunday night, even if they were busy, they could at LEAST answer the phone.

If you order take out, just pay with debit/credit not cash because most of the stores don’t take cash orders seriously and will not begin the order till you arrive. Its not just this location but many Domino stores. Why does Dominos have a store here and nothing in the Mission, Glen Park, or Balboa area? Each time I’ve come here its been a good experience.

Wow. Impressively horrible service. It takes longer than they even estimate, which is already 55 minutes. But then they fudge it with their patent pending tracker by just saying it’s been delivered when it hasn’t. And then of course they leave you with the wrong order. You call them to try and get your real order and they just tell you they’ll call you back. Great job, dominos.

Today at 2:20pm I placed an order for a medium pizza and chicken wings. After 55 minutes I called the store to check on my order. The first time I called, it rang for over 10 minutes. I tried again and after another 5 minutes someone answered. The person said he’d call the driver and they’d get back to me. No one called back. After 80 minutes, I called again. No one answered. I simply let it ring. All told, the phone rang unanswered for 45 minutes. At this point, I called Round Table pizza to place an identical order. It costs $ 10 more, but I didn’t really care. After 2 hours, my bell just rang with my medium pizza and chicken wings. I sent the driver away. After all, according to the store, it had already been riding around for over an hour.

Lol This place has some really bad reviews. Alright, we all know dominoes is a pizza chain worldwide, and they dont make the best pizza, but they have some solid deals for ok pizza when you want some variety for heap. pizza, stuff bread, chicken for 18 bucks… I have done delivery 3 times now, twice at night, once early and each time was right as scheudled as the pizza tracker system said. NO mess ups on orders. so hey, its an Ok place for me.
