This place has some super tasty food. The people who work here are really nice and happy to explain to you what the menu items are if you’re unfamiliar with them. Try the panuchos with the poc chuc, yum! Kind of a sketchy area, I’d recommend this place for lunch, probably not dinner. It’s good, it’s still open, help them stay that way! Note, cash only, no alcohol.

There aren’t too many places in San Francisco that serve food from the Yucatan. I would recommend this place if you’re in the heart of the tenderloin and want a latin-american dish that isn’t served up at taco bell. Here you can find some tasty options. I went with the Poc Chuc(marinated, grilled pork) and enjoyed it. It was about $ 10 and came with beans(that were very liquid) and tortillas. The only snafus were the waiter forgot to ask me for my order(though he took the other person’s order). This place is CASHONLY. I’d go back if I were in the neighborhood and looking for something different. Food was a 3.5 and service was a 2.5 On the upside I will say that the woman behind the counter was very nice and they have a projection screen playing spanish TV(probably some soccer if big games are on).
