At Dynamic Balance, our ultimate goal is to restructure tissue damage and correct static and dynamic posture. We want to help you overcome the barriers of physical pain and disability and the emotional distress that accompanies limited function.

History

Established in 1996.

Dynamic Balance llc. has existed in several Locations over the years. It is the brand developed by Mark St. Peter to package his practice Therapeutic Physical Care services which are designed for populations who have suffered physical trauma or suffer from chronic musculo-​skeletal pain.

Business Owner

The concepts underlying the Dynamic Balance approach were developed through education, 20+ years experience, participation in sports as a competitive athlete and coach, and his own personal experience of traumatic injury.

Since 1990, he has served a wide variety of individuals and injuries. He specializes in helping people who face physical challenges and those suffering from chronic pain. His skills include movement therapy, bodywork, and coaching strategies. Mark’s work aims to restore postural and neuromuscular harmony and to optimize well-​being and performance.
