I’ve stuck with Ella since the beginning of the year and I will continue to see her, because she’s amazing! She’s fun to chat with, her room is always clean and most of all, she’s remarkably gentle for an esthetician. I’ve had many experiences with other waxers and I always stick with the one who I’m most comfortable all around with.

I found Ella through a groupon deal for a Brazilian wax. I went to her for three times over the summer already, she’s really GREAT!
Ella’s room is very clean and it was just very comfortable with soft music playing. She doesn’t make it awkward, she makes small conversation while she’s waxing, which was great for me. A short while later, she told me that I was done. It was quick and painless, I would recommend her!

Ella is amazing! This is the best place I have ever been to for getting a Brazilian wax… her room in immaculate. She is very kind and you feel comfortable around her. Her waxing technique is also far less painful than most places as she takes off less at a time. Go to her!!!

My name is Caroline and I got a sweet deal groupon at Ellagance for 3 brazilian waxes for 55 $ and more so because Ellagance got such great reviews! I felt secure even before going in and had such a relaxing and light experience. Ella is such a sweet, welcoming, friendly and beautiful person and I felt so comfortable in her presence. I have only had one brazilian wax before but I could tell Ella definitely knew what she was doing and made it practically painless… but a lil pain never hurt anybody! I didn’t have any skin problems in the days after and I’m still smooth as water thanks to Ella and her gentleness! I also had a good time talking with her and connecting on a few levels! She’s a cool person and an awesome waxer. Go to her!

Raphaela the owner is awesome! She makes one of the most painful procedures a woman can experience actually bearable. Yes, I’m referring to the Brazilian wax! Believe me, I would never use the word bearable when it comes to bikini waxes, but something about the way Raphaela does it, that makes it hurt waaaay less than anyone I’ve ever gone to. I believe it’s because she actually knows what she’s doing and that makes all the difference in the world!
She asks and actually listens to how much you want taken off. She is super patient, accurate, and professional. You can also tell she is passionate about her work and wants to do a great job every time. She keeps her room very clean and comfy.
I will definitely go back and will definitely recommend her to my friends!

I found this new business on GroupOn and gave it a shot for a Brazilian wax.
I am VERY particular about my Brazilian waxing and this woman was phenomenal!!! This procedure at other spas is sometimes painful since it is a very sensitive area. Not with Ella! She is gentle and takes her time. I experienced VERY LITTLE discomfort. It is clear that she has a lot of experience waxing! She was very detailed, offered me water and was extremely pleasant.
She also did not miss any areas and made sure to get everything off. I would highly recommend her.
I am a student so I am on a tight budget but it was really awesome to buy the 3 time waxing on GroupOn. She is truly amazing and I will be back. I have already recommended some of my girlfriends who live in the Bay Area.
