Great customer service! I really enjoyed my time with the staff while getting flirty lash extensions but…
1. The glue seriously irritated my eyes and made me tear up by the end. Not sure if that’s normal or not but I don’t think pain should be a part of the process. The way it was dealt with was to ignore the issue instead of thinking about possibly switching out the glue to resolve the problem.
2. The glue clumps were a little chunky which then irritated my skin every time I closed my eyes
By the 2^nd week, I just wanted the lashes off. It was an unpleasant experience. I’m not sure if it’s because of an allergy I may have with the synthetic lash or the glue or if it was because it wasn’t done right. In all, the staff was super kind but I felt like they should have paid closer attention to their customer’s concern and resolve it better.

I just moved from NYC and have been putting off getting my eyebrows done because I was terrified I wouldn’t find anyone great… I thought wrong! Kimberly is fabulous! Very thoroughly and thoughtful for eyelash and eyebrow treatments. I will definitely be back

Got my first facial with Kimberly last night. Woke up and my skin looks amazing. I highly recommend her services. She uses amazing products and her space is welcoming professional and clean.

You are not going to find a better eyebrow artist in the city. There are two other places that do eyebrows almost as good as Kimberly and guest what, they were all trained by her.
I never let my eyebrows grow out all the way, and Kimberly still makes them look amazing.
Also, the products she uses are wonderful and you have to try her gentle peel. My skin was super irritated and I bought something from her osmosis line of skincare and my skin totally calmed down.
She is the best I tell you!

Kimberley always seems to be able to some how squeeze me in last min. I appreciate that because I’m not always able to schedule things out weeks in advance. She is also great with getting back to you in a timely fashion. So I generally know pretty fast if she can or can not fit me in to her schedule.
I generally get my lashes permed and tinted and my eyebrows waxed and tinted plus a facial. I’ve never left not satisfied. She listens to my concerns and what I want. She takes care to give me advice on my skin and gives me pointers on how to improve it. She is not over bearing or overly chatty either. Her place is clean and open with a lot of light and is very welcoming. She’s a good place to go to, to pamper yourself.

I’d never had my eyebrows shaped before visiting Kim. What a difference it makes to how a person look! Eyebrows frame your eyes. If you want your eyes to look great, your eyebrows have to look great. Now, I get my eyebrows shaped, my lashes tinted and marvelous facials from Kim.

This is the best place to get your brows done in San Francisco, period. Kim does a fantastic job. She’s very fast and gentle, and she gets a beautiful shape. I used to get my eyebrows threaded for more «precision», which hurts way more, is more expensive, and doesn’t look as good as what Kim can do!
Her prices are also very reasonable. I’ve seen some of her other clients with lash curls and tints, and they look fantastic. I’m definitely getting those services as well the next time I go for a brow shape.
She also does permanent eye liner and lip color. Not sure I’m ready for those, but again, I’ve seen other clients she’s done it for and it’s gorgeous.

Kimberly is one of the best in esthetics industry. I stopped seeing her for a few years, but I realize I have wasted a lot time and a lot money by going to cheap nail shops for eye brow waxing — not shaping ever. They never last longer then 5 – 7 days max and I’ve never had them done correctly since Kimberley… so I’m back to stay! See you in a few weeks.

I met Kimberly through a Groupon. I was supposed to get the eyelash tint and curl, but opted for the eyebrow tattoo instead when I found out she could do it. Though a bit expensive for Bay Area (but not SF), what she gives you in time, information, and extras makes her so worth it! I had permanent makeup applied years ago and and am very happy with her redo results so far. I intend to go back to her for eye liner and lips-​she is very professional and knowledgeable. She also performed an amazing extraction for me on blemishes that were so deep that a salon facial specialist said I needed the dermatological needle treatment. Kimberly extracted, cleansed and explained upkeep-​awesome!
