I just upgraded my iPhone, and within the same day, they delivered it to TO MY OFFICE and set it up for me (a process that took all of 20 minutes). No waiting at the AT+T store, no cussing under my breath (ok, more likely audibly) in line. Shout out to Janan, the rep that helped me out — the most stress-​free phone experience I’ve ever had.

Recently got Sonos speakers for my home and couldn’t have done it without Rose! She hand delivered the speakers with a smile and got me wired. Of course, I had a few hiccups with my iPhone that were also fixed along the way. I will definitely use Enjoy going forward and am always on the lookout for the newest top-​tier products they offer. Unlocking potential of technology is no longer a concern of mine. First class experience and well worth it. Bravo, Enjoy!

Enjoy (
) provided some of the best service I’ve ever experienced today. I ordered a new Sonos speaker system for my home and two Enjoy employees (Kat & Mitch) delivered it at the exact time they said they would, they helped me set it up and then they explained how all the features work. They were not only extremely helpful and professional, they were also kind and friendly.
Service as good as theirs is rare enough even if you pay for it, but with Enjoy the service is built into the price… and get this, their price is the exact same price we found at Best Buy and on Amazon.
Competitive prices and incredible service!
One more thing: call me cynical, but I’m one of those people who rarely trust five star reviews. In fact, I almost never write online reviews. Trust this one! I was truly impressed.

Had an appointment w/​Mike and Aaron from Enjoy to come by my work to show me how to use the GoPro Camera that I received as a gift 6 months ago! They each had their own personality and different ways of explanation, and both were very easy to relate to. Very informative and hands-​on. My camera didn’t readily connect because of a firmware issue, which they discovered immediately. They were able to update that for me and connect both my PC and Android phone to the GoPro. Wow! I was overly impressed with Enjoy and the services they provide. I had the pleasure of having Zoe and Rosin come to my house (on time!) and help me set up my new GoPro Hero4 Silver.
Very hands-​on and helpful when showing me all the fun features on my gadget. Not only were they knowledgeable, they will even better people and were willing to watch my baby for a moment while I played with my new toy :)

I’ve had the pleasure of not getting one, but TWO deliveries from Enjoy. The first time was ordering the Sonos Play 1. The second time, my wife surprised me with another Play 1. Although I didn’t need the complimentary one hour training for both sessions, the scheduled deliveries were exactly on time and they made it clear that the sessions are available if I ever need them. i bought a first generation dji phantom drone and had difficulties setting it up. it sat in my closet for 6 months before i had the enjoy team come over set it up for me. they brought their own drone for me to test drive first and then then showed me how to use my drone. the enjoy guys were super nice and helpful. id highly recommend enjoy to anyone needing tech help!

I ordered a new Xbox from Enjoy and scheduled a delivery for 11am on Sunday! They showed up 5 minutes early, connected it to my TV entertainment center and WiFi, started the firmware updates and showed me the new features and cool games on Xbox One.
Excellent experience. I was amazed they didn’t charge me for shipping, delivery or set-​up. How is that possible?!
I also found out they sell drones, so I will be buying one soon to learn how to fly one so I don’t crash a new $ 1,200 toy…

In a nutshell, I will never buy technology any other way than through Enjoy. Why would I? Enjoy has eliminated key barriers for me — overwhelm and time — and made it so easy and convenient.
I bought a Sonos Play 1 and my experience was crazy easy, seamless and delightful. The standout parts of the experience for me:
— I picked the *exact* time for hand-​delivery to my home (Sunday at 2pm)
— Expert tips — they actually prompt you for expert tips about visiting your home. For me, it was «I’m the bottom buzzer» to avoid disturbing my neighbor.
— They texted the morning of my appointment to confirm the appointment
— Joey (my amazing, knowledgable expert) arrived on time and in his Enjoy uniform (easy to identify)
— He removed his shoes so he wouldn’t track dirt onto my white rug
— He presented my new Sonos to me like it was a gift (it was!)
— He set everything up while walking me through it along the way — including my iphone, laptop and iPad. He also helped me setup a premium account with Spotify.
— We geeked out on music for a bit and swapped playlists
— The best part was that Joey didn’t rush me — it was a truly fun, exciting, and enjoyable experience (no pun intended)
I have told so many people about Enjoy and they find it hard to believe that such a high-​caliber service exists. Should I buy a Sonos from Amazon and have it delivered via mail or buy the same product from Enjoy and have in-​home, in-​person delivery with expert assistance getting me up and running. Hmmmmm. That’s a no-​brainer in my book.
I truly believe that Enjoy’s value proposition is so compelling that one of their barriers may be believability. Let me assure you. It’s the real deal.

We heard about Enjoy from a friend and bought a GoPro Hero4 from
–what an amazing experience! Kelly and Jake not only hand-​delivered the camera and mounts (5 minutes early!), but in only an hour they had my daughters filming, editing and sharing their first movie. As a busy parent, it seems crazy not to use this service… really easy, really helpful and the people were so passionate.

Why go to the store when the store will come to you?!
I was excited to get my hands on the new GoPro Hero4 Session, so I thought I’d give Enjoy a try. There wasn’t much downsize. The price was equal to the brick and mortar shops, as well as to
. Figured having it delivered for free and by someone who cared about the product as much as I did was a win/​win.
My Enjoy expert’s name was John. He was knowledgeable and friendly. It was like having a friend drop off the purchase. We got to play around with the GoPro and share tips on how we use it.
Overall great experiences and would gladly use it again.

Enjoy is such a great concept! I can’t WAIT to try my new Inspire drone out now that I know all about it, thanks to my fantastic expert!
