This Express is much better than the one in Westfield. The inventory is actually sorted by size correctly, and there was a dedicated floor to clearance. The other merchandise is scattered throughout the other two floors.
I don’t really shop at Express much but I do like their pants, jeans and dresses. They tend to fit pretty well and are very friendly towards petite sizes with their «short» designation on pants.

Stopped here because my husband needed a belt. He found a belt that was priced at $ 19.99 instead of $ 34 but the price came out to $ 4.99 at the register! Scored such a great deal!!!
I also found some brown booties for only $ 19 instead of $ 65 and a sweater for $ 10 instead of $ 49! Stopped here just to get a belt but came out with great deals!

The ladies helping me find the clothes I saw in the window were very nice, but the cashiers weren’t the nicest. I prefer if they didn’t have a conversation about their boyfriends while I’m trying to buy clothes. Also, they would mouth words to each other probably about the customers.

Staffed well: super friendly and attentive. I was set up in a fitting room and checked on frequently. They were willing to grab different sizes and styles. And when I was ready to check out, they even opened another register so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. The store was well organized and seemed well-​stocked. Good shopping experience!

I walked in around 6 PM on a random Wednesday night. I had to exchange pants for my VERY particular boyfriend. The guy downstairs, I don’t remember his name took half an hour trying to help me look for the perfect jeans for my boyfriend. He was so patient and I felt so bad because I had so many conditions for the jeans. He also helped me look for a perfect shirt for my boyfriend. Overall the customer service here is awesome.

I really like the stores ambiance, music and sound system are great. Went in here to look around and couldn’t find anything good to wear or buy. One time I went here a few weeks ago and asked about hats and the guy who was there told me that they simply didn’t have any. I walked around and found where they were at like 5 min later. TERRIBLE customer service move. They are lucky that I didn’t leave a two star review. Maybe I’ll stick to ordering stuff online. The store inventory seems to be limited here in SF or maybe they just carry stuff I don’t really like. I usually find more interesting stuff to wear over at Zara instead of this place LOL.

Solid store with a pretty interesting layout!
When you first walk in and wander around it doesn’t look like there are very many clothes. At first I was wondering, «where are all the jeans and pants?», but then I discovered the downstairs area which was dedicated primarily to denim and leggings. Nice selection and the dressing rooms are downstairs too. Upstairs you will find more dressy items that are business casual, as well as outerwear. The selection was pretty nice but it was hard to find some smaller sizes for a lot of the dresses.
They were having a buy one get one for $ 20 on shirts, and a similar promotion for pants as well so that was nice. Even so it was still pricey but at least you know the quality is good =)
