Mediocre pizza, abysmal service. They don’t take digital orders seriously, and may decide to cancel your 2 hour late(3 hour total) order without telling you they’ve done so. Worst service since Comcast. Don’t order from here.

Last Friday I ordered a pizza online from the Soma Extreme Pizza franchise. An hour after I ordered the pizza, I called the restaurant. I heard a message that it was closed. Called back a few minutes later, same greeting. So I get something else to eat. Two hours after I ordered a driver comes to my door and tells me he has my pizza. The next day I get a call from the San Rafael store apologizing for the mistake? If you’re swamped answer your phone and tell people the truth.

And the Oscars goes… TOTHEEXTREMEPIZZACASHIER… Okay, the food was 5 out of 5. But what the home run was? The sincere empathy and kindness i felt from the staff. Especially the cashier. I hope he sees this. I missed my cab home. And you really made me feel cared about. I will forever be a customer now. Thank you for making me a believer in humanity. You ROCK!

Pizza and a place to sit. Nothing of note to make it four stars, but worth a go if you want to grab a bite.

Extreme Pizza gets my vote! Ordered a thin crust, veggie pizza and it was delightful. The veggies were fresh, sauce was great and that crust«mmmmmhhhhmmmm good» This is a must try place

I had to bus and wipe my table. All the tables were filthy. The new employee is very cute though. Maybe he needs to be trained ;)

Had discovered this co some time ago and really enjoyed them but things have changed. I ordered a pie and was overcharged tax on it for SF which is, after googling it, is 8.75%. I get the feeling this happens all the time. Maybe a class action law suit will be coming their way soon. If you’re ok with it it’s good pizza, albeit only decent knowledge and service(delivered cold). But for me a buck here or there doesn’t work for me and this co can suck it.

This is your average pizza place, don’t expect much coming here. However with that said, the pizzas are decent and definitely filling. I would definitely eat here again if I was in the area, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to make it there. Service was top notch!

Should change their name to extremely expensive pizza. Med. pepperoni 20 dollars! The pizza was nothing special.

The pizza here tastes so bad. I ordered a gluten free pizza. It was nasty and expensive. :/

Absolutely delicious. I ordered a veggie pizza with alfredo sauce and it totally knocked me out. Good ingredients, good flavor, crunchy bread aaand it took about 5mins. Keep up the good work guys! Oh! And plus happy our beers of heaven! 10⁄10

Okay pizza but way too overpriced. Nothing special at all about it. I feel ripped off.

After one hour and half I called them to see why they didn’t deliver, at the end they said they would deliver the food for free(Eat24 paid for it). After two hours and half they sent me half of what I ordered instead of the full order, plus the pizza was not what I ordered it was a cheese pizza with nothing on it. Don’t order from here

The pizza is actually not bad, which is why I gave some stars, but for the price and the wait time I really wouldn’t go back. I live so close to an Extreme Pizza and I love pizza, so you’d think I would go more, but I only go under dire(lazy) circumstances, and tend to regret it still. They have always have the same 4 ‘specials’(cheese, pepperoni, veggie*, & meat) and yet somehow ordering even these takes up to 30 minutes– shouldn’t they be ready made and just tossed in the over for re-heating? That’s how a slice shop should work. Maybe if you get a whole pizza, and order ahead of time, like before you are even hungry, it could be good. * it is a very good veggie slice

I recently moved close to this place, so thought I’d try a slice. I was shocked at the price for a slice. I thought it must be good at those prices. I ordered a slice of the«Railroad» something or other. What a train wreck! While it was edible, It was a big disappointment. It looked like the crust was cooked several hours prior to adding the final toppings. It took a long time to cook, even though there were only one or two customers in the place. It tasted kind of blah. I recommend going a couple extra blocks away and get a slice of «Z pizza». Their pizza slices are fresh. Crust is to die for, the flavor is rich and melt in your mouth delicious. I got two slices for the same cost as one slice at extreme pizza. Wish someone would have suggested that to me before I wasted my time and money here.

Have you ever had a sloppy breakup? Have you ever gotten mad at someone and swore up and down that you’d never come back? Told all your friends that they were scum of the Earth and even sneered at them every time they walked by? I’m here to tell you that not all bad breakups end up in permanent misery. Sometimes it takes a bit of coaxing and a bit of compromise. I use to frequent Extreme Pizza a few years ago and be PISSED off to the point where I didn’t even understand why they were even in business. They had slow and inattentive service; food was salty, but lacked favor. I even found bits of aluminum foil INSIDE my chicken wings before. It was that bad. I thought I was through. So I broke up with Extreme Pizza. I didn’t look its way, I didn’t care to call. I even ignored its presence. It was dead to me. I thought I was over it, but it kept coming back and stayed persistent. With a close proximity from my residence, I had no choice, but to compromise and allow it to compromise with me. After all, we had to stay cordial for the sake of face. So, I broke down and revisited. After a few bouts, I’ve been satisfied. Buffalo wings were perfectly cooked and lightly crisp, with a smooth, tangy blue cheese as an accompaniment. Pizza; thin crusted and flavorful, chocked full of toppings… in my case, lots of pineapples. «Hmmm wow, you’ve changed,» I thought to myself… Perhaps I was a little too rough, too unforgiving. A little too impatient. Extreme Pizza, I forgive you, boo. Let’s never fight again. Just don’t piss me off again or else I’ll give you the stink eye. We started over and love has never been sweeter. *heart hands*

I came here a long time ago and I must say the food was«extreme“ly good. Who knew I would get delicious food for all at a very low price. Due to the location of where it is in SF. My then church group had this place to ourselves. It feels really at home when coming to eat. I really liked how the place almost has a Colorado or Utah-esque décor to it. It did not feel like SF but instead Park City Utah or Aspen Colorado. The price of a whole pizza is really reasonable and it is one of a kind on the bay area. In the city of San Jose pizza is expensive. Extreme Pizza is such a relief for me because there is no need to splurge when coming to this joint. The only problem I had was the location of this place. I would recommend this place for everybody.

Just a warning about their«gluten free» pizzas. They taste great, but I had a pretty severe attack and abdominal pains after eating a few slices of it yesterday(actually still having them today). I ruled out any other possible culprits and it dawned on me that they must use the same ovens to cook the gluten free pizza and thus cross contamination is inevitable. The taste was great, but if you are truly intolerant(I was diagnosed with Celiac’s disease) be extremely careful about pizza when eating out. Actually, I had a similar reaction recently with a gluten free sandwich which the bread was likely cut on cutting boards shared with wheat products. And one other thing, they charge something like $ 25 for a medium size pizza. I am really tired of these jacked up prices on gluten free products.

I went to three other places in the area to try and find wifi and a beverage, all with no luck. Then I stumbled upon this place. and not only did they have wifi, they have draft beer, and VEGANPIZZA. I wasn’t even hungry but I had to get one. and I ate it all. I can now add this to the list of reliable, friendly places that I can have a good slice of pizza with vegan cheese at. Thanks for being open, accomodating, and for having WiFi. I would definitely go here again.
