Nick is personable, honest, straight-​forward, and very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was going to do and went to work as scheduled. During the work process he continually updated us and provided suggestions for better results. He also identified problems (a water leak which had affected the floor), notified us and provided us options and alternatives for how to proceed. The process was problem-​free and hassle-​free. His quote was higher than another quote we got but we wanted someone who specialized in floors and we are very satisfied with his work and the overall experience.

I have known and worked with Nick for around 8 years. He knows old Victorians as well as contemporary installations. His knowledge of wood species, how it reacts to environment and how to finish the wood is unsurpassed. Can’t go wrong using Floors Only.
