Two Doctors misdiagnosed my symptoms and prescribe the wrong medicine, which result as ruining my legs and knees! They delayed to contact my insurance company and charged me for the amount. Their malpractice needs to be stopped!!!

I agree with the points made by M Y.
Staff at the 3838 California Street office are friendly but their on-​time performance in particular has room for improvement. For the folks at GGU; I don’t think it would take too much to improve your operational performance. Have patients fill out paperwork online prior to coming in for instance. A 30 minute delay for each of my appointments has room for improvement. Good luck!

Terrible support staff, forced not needed appointments, a nurse practitioner from hell and doctors missing in action.

I saw multiple doctors at Golden Gate Urology. At each appointment, the doctor had an air of impatience and arrogance. I had a terrible experience with one particular doctor, Dr. Andrew Pienkny:
I had a cat scan the previous day of a rather urgent matter, and asked them to fit me in for an appointment the next day so I could receive results. After struggling with the front desk to permit me a quick appt, I saw Pienkny. He entered my room angry, and had an extreme attitude of annoyance and impatience. He said he had too many other emergency clients to see and I was not his top priority. He yelled at me in the room (this is not an exaggeration). I would stay far away from this practice.
