Best food ever, it reminds us of eating at moms or grandmas house. Everytime we come to this location, which is usually around 4pm. the food is always amazing ! Whoever the cook is I hope he gets a raise and ihop realizes they need to keep him. I wish I could temember the cooks name.

Service is horrible! (Please read if you’re a parent)
My 4 year old daughter accidently spilled her cup of lemonade and no one came to help after a couple minutes.
Everyone in the restaurant watched my girlfriend and I clean it up. Including STAFF!
We piled the mess for someone to pick it up and when our waiter came with the food, he saw it and ignored it until he was about to leave so we told him. He didn’t even refill my daughters cup.
Fuck. This. Place.

I’ve been to many IHOP restaurants and this was the best. It was right next to our hotel and we had breakfast there two mornings. The place is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The omlets we had were delicious. Pancakes and waffles were the best. Great place to eat at a fair price when on the wharf in San Francisco.

The service here sucked! We waited over an hour for our food and had to flag down another server to get us coffee. We finally talk to the manager and asked for the bill so we could leave. He asked us to wait and got us our food. I would not recommend this place!

Probably one of the better IHOPs I’ve been too. Everyone was polite and fast. Seated right away. The food was well IHOP food lol but good. Was a little disappointed that the crepes I got weren’t filled just topped with Nuttella and bananas. Also 1 of the bathroom stall doors was broken so waiting in line was a drag. Overall, pleasant visit.

Came here after work with coworkers and had to wait in line, which was fine since they didn’t have ‘available’ tables for us. It was also national pancake day and we were behind kids who were there just for free pancakes, which we didn’t mind since they were there before us. The host was very rude to us which was understandable from all the big kids standing around. I guess me and my coworkers looked/​pass as high schoolers so we had to wait in line, but when other groups who looked to be in their 30’s got seated minutes after they went in.

We had a group… um, crowd of 30 come in to dine on Christmas day.
I wasn’t expecting much for IHOP since it’s a diner and a chain but the service from Angelica was ON POINT. She was very attentive, accommodating and patient enough to please some of the bratty people in my table! Some servers would go nuts.
Angelica is one of the Top 5 servers I’ve had in my life so far; her attention and hospitality was as impressive as the ones in Michelin-​star restaurants but much less pretentious of course and didn’t come off as trying too hard.
I didn’t care to look at the cleanliness of the place, the service was so good it made my Chicken Florentine Crepes taste way better!
Angelica, hope you had a good Christmas with that tip!

Can you ever go wrong with Ihop pancakes? Especially on Christmas! Had a good time at this ihop. It was spacious and moved quickly. Only downsides was my original water cup had lip stick stained on the glass, when my food came, there was no utensils and my wait-​woman Jheny was not as friendly as I would expect!

I haven’t been to an IHOP for quite awhile. I must say that wasn’t exactly blown away. It was alright. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seated, which is a good thing. The pancakes were great as always and the bacon and eggs were cooked the way I liked. My only complaint was my server kept disappearing and I waited over 10 minutes for my pancakes… after I already received my eggs, hashbrowns and bacon.
C’MON!
Despite that, I will return to this IHOP.

This IHOP location is great because it is fairly big and very clean. I came here for dinner twice. I had a great time here. The food was excellent abs the service was great. Got seated fast. This is the best IHOP location in San Francisco. I would back here if I were in this part of the city. That locations is the best one in San Francisco.

I have been to this place before and it has been decreasing its quality in food and service. I was exited to eat some delicious pancakes but that was the worst, they were raw and the saddest part was the rudeness of the waitress. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, go somewhere else.

I have come to the USA for the last 30 years and never stepped into an IHOP once. As this place happened to be around the corner from my hotel, I decided to give it a try.
It’s a reasonable sized place with plenty of seating and some seating at the counter. The menu is extensive and contains a wide variety of pancakes, crepes, French Toast and other breakfast options. They also have a lunch menu with a variety of options. This place is only open 24 hours on the weekend.
I had the bacon and eggs breakfast which came with butter milk pancakes and hash brown. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the rest of the meal was also ok. The orange juice was nice as was the coffee.
Service here is friendly and perhaps a bit over friendly. They were checking that everything was ok about once every 2 mins. Got a bit annoying at the end ;-))
I prefer this place to many a breakfast joints across the USA. I would come back here again.

I don’t normally give IHOP 5 stars but this one sure sets the bar high for others. Though it currently seemed to be low on cooks, the servers were attentive, and our food came out pretty quickly.
What sets this place apart in my opinion is the fresh fruit! I am so accustomed to the yucky old fruits of IHOPs in my past, but the fruit here was so fresh!
It is also conveniently located near several hotels and Fisherman’s Wharf, so you can walk there!

Wow. They filled my cup of coffee a tastier drip coffee and far better then Starbucks…
The wait was long due to the holidays and tourist ppl who come from all over the world to sight seeing. I’ll be back sometime when I need to stuff my self again. I’m so surprised to have such an incredible cup of coffee here.

Dans le quartier de Fisherman’s Warf, ce resto sert de copieux petit-​déjeuners américains (pancakes, oeufs, bacon, etc.). L’accueil y est sympathique et le personnel sans exception a toujours le sourire. Normal! Vous êtes ici dans the International House Of Pancakes! :)
