Place has exactly what I need from a Monday morning breakfast: good* food in a so chill & so clean clean setting with some random talkshow playing to the side.
Having seen reviews of the sibling resto Brick & Beam, I was expecting pallid service. Surprise! My service was actually a little *too* good. Like ok you placed food in front of me stop being so attentive and just let a dude eat. #alsojk
The only oddity was a woman who showed up 5 – 10 mins after me being told buffet was the only option, even though I’d ordered a la mario carte minutes prior. Glad I lucked out and caught the menu timeframe (till 10:30 — 10:40ish?).
*Not #foodsnobsnob good, but good.
