I like this new place. Their coffee tastes way better than Starbucks, though be careful on the size you order: it has way more caffeine than most coffee(believe me, I’m not complaining). Probably has something to do with the fact that they brew each cup individually and use REALLY high quality, organic beans(YUM!). I only went to lunch there once and it was when they didn’t quite have their full menu done. It was very satisfying, very healthy.

I love new delicious places to eat! The food was delicious, the people gracious and the coffee is superb. I got the Fruit/Nut salad that had a lovely strawberry vinaigrette, pistachios and mandarin oranges, the veggie barley soup and a small Goat Rock coffee. This is the first time I’ve seen Taylor Made Coffee at a café in San Francisco. They are a Sebastopol Roaster — I’m glad they are making it to the city now! It’s made by the cup, as is all the rage, and a small costs $ 2.15. Worth it. The dining area is nice, the staff even came to check on me and clear my plate. It was a lovely experience. Definitely on the rotation — but not the under $ 5 category. I guess you pay for quality! Portions are normal — not oversized like many places and food is from $ 6 for a big bowl of soup to $ 11 for a salmon sandwich and soup. They have hot daily specials that change daily too — the Arugula Pesto sounded good! Next time. As was mentioned — they are a bit slow since they just opened, but give them a few weeks and they’ll be cranking!

Just checked out this new lunch spot on Bush @ Kearny. The staff was friendly, they are just sorting out their menu. I got a freshly juiced juice of beet, celery, carrot and ginger, yum! I think the menu was all or mostly organic. They also have coffee and breakfast pastries. Nice ambiance and natural lighting. I plan to go back soon to try their sandwiches and salads. They had a curried chicken salad sandwich on the menu and various yummy salads that included fruits & nuts. Looked healthy and delish. The do take cards but I paid cash because they said the machine had been running slow today(and a line was forming behind me).
