Jenny Yang Hair Design

I have been going to Jenny for over 15 years. I started when she was in the Inner Sunset, and I have followed her to the new location at 1600 Castro. Jenny is a terrific hair stylist, who delivers service that you would expect from someone who is much more expensive. Additionally Jenny is smart, efficient and a nice person to visit. Jenny has several clients from UCSF who continue to drive in from out of town to get their hair cut by Jenny. One of her clients moved to New York City and still makes sure that he can make time on business trips, to fit in hair cut with Jenny. One reason that Jenny has such loyal customers is that she has honest, sensible advise about hair. In addition, she is a lovely person who we always enjoy visiting with, and gets along easily with people of all ages. She loves what she does, and it shows.

I met Jenny yesterday as I was running by the salon. I needed a cut and color so badly that I just walked in and asked if she could take me. Luckily for me, she had a cancellation. Jenny was so nice, and so personable. I had such a wonderful time just talking with her. And not to mention, my hair looks wonderful. The color matched my original color so perfectly, and the cut she gave me was super cute. She also only charged me $ 120 total, where when I went to a different salon is SF, they charged me $ 280 for the exact same service. I’ll definitely begin going to Jenny from now on.

jenny is professional with a great attitude, super cool

Jenny has been cutting my hair for years. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair! She is very skilled and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg like those ridiculous «trendy» salons. She knows exactly what specific hair styles work with certain hair types. I recently went short after having long hair for a couple years and Jenny gave me a great cut! :D
