Talk about the gang that can’t shoot straight.
The first sign that these guys are not the best and brightest came when they filed my case with the wrong court and was fined $ 2,000 by the court (they had the good sense not to pass that cost down to me).
Second sign came when we were revealing the case and I noticed they missed a couple of deadlines. They apologized, so there’s that.
Third sign came when the lawyer assigned to argue on my behalf in court is only moonlighting as a lawyer and has a full time job as a manager for a pizza joint. Said lawyer also had his license revoked a couple times for missing court dates and lying. Fantastic. Where do they even find this guy?
Fourth sign came when I followed up on the paperwork that they said they would file on a certain day and was still sitting on their desks, pass deadline.
These guys are so incompetent Comedy Central should make a sitcom about them.
