Ordered something from the website just after Christmas, and was informed 3 days after the order went through that the item was out of stock. Terrible customer service, if you don’t have something in stock, don’t post it for sale on your website! First and last time I will order something from this company.

Probably one of the best retail experiences we have ever had. From first entering Natalie was very kind and helpful, we were offered beverages when we entered, and were treated very well, but never«over-helped». We were offered free alterations on the clothes that we were considering which made the decision to purchase even easier. When we left we returned again since and the next experience was just as positive. We even had one issue, that I will not ramble on about, but long story short, store manager Ryan went well above and beyond to help us when she did not need to. It was a very kind gesture that was not expected, however, very appreciated.

They didn’t have the pants I wanted, but the tall, attractive sales woman was very friendly.

The staff is always extremely friendly and the store is beautiful. The items are expensive, but the quality and feel of the product is brilliant! I can’t wait for all that is to come from Kit + Ace!

Kit and Ace has recently appeared in San Francisco, and I(not my wallet) couldn’t be happier! This radical company hails from Canada, bringing luxuriously soft, cashmere-blend clothing. The tees are incredible, and come with a guarantee that they won’t shrink or warp, *even after being washed ANDDRIED.* Like, in a dryer! No dry-clean necessary(not that I’ve ever dry cleaned a t-shirt(but I did dry clean some underwear once on accident… tricky undie-harboring pant legs!)). Not to overanalyze such a basic article of clothing, but the t-shirts are perfectly slouchy yet fitted in the back, thanks to elegant darting. The shirts come in a small variety of colors(white, black, blue, gray), and a small variety of styles(short sleeve, long sleeve, scoop neck, v-neck, slim fit, regular fit). They are essentially high-end, ultra-comfortable basics; perfect for someone like me, who lives in t-shirts, even under suit jackets! Can’t wait ’til this lawyer gig starts to pay off so I can buy all the colors! The friendly staff will help get you sized and fitted, and there’s a good chance that you’ll walk away with an article of clothing that you won’t want to take off. They don’t take cash(?) so make sure to bring your plastic. The only hesitation I had was the price… A basic short sleeve will cost you about $ 80 bucks. That’s $ 30 more than what Mackelmore wouldn’t pay. But I just sold some stuff on craigslist! And I have been really good all year! And… and… and… I haven’t taken off my tee since I bought it on Saturday! So it’s already down to $ 20/day… :-/I don’t want to tell you I spent that much, but it’s true. I DO want to tell you that I feel absolutely wonderful in my luxurious new shirt!
