What in the hell is this business? I went to this business to print 7 files with a total of 19 pages and I paid 10 fucking dollars!!! WTF! When I asked he said that to open a file was a dollar each which rounded up to $ 7. This is a scam. To print a document u have to open. Jesus Christ. Increase the price per each page to 30 cents if u wanna make profit but stop scamming ppl.

The gentleman working there wasn’t the friendliest person (smiling at a customer won’t kill you.) and their prices are a bit ridiculous. They charge $ 1 per FILE and $ 0.50 per sheet in the file. So basically I could have saved a dollar if I just merged my two PDF files into one file…

Prior to 5:00 today, I would have given Lauretta printing a five star review. They have been helpful every time I walked in the door and always went out of the way to accommodate me with business cards or regular printing. The problem arose when I watched the owner of the company walk to his truck He opened the door, a bunch of papers fell out, he looked around and kicked the papers under the truck. He then got in and drove away. I feel compelled to write this review because I too live in the neighborhood and when you see things like this, it makes me very angry.

He ignored me for a good 3 minutes (as mentioned in another review — same unprofessional behavior), no eye contact, no «give me a second», he just straight up stared at his phone and texted.
Plus he charged me a silly amount. I had made a mistake and printed a black and white copy when I needed color. You see my mistake was after I was ignored, I had tried to make the copies on my own (for my age I am rather technologically challenged). I basically had to pay $ 5 for something that costs probably $.02
I don’t like being negative but good lord, I walked out feeling ripped off and disrespected.

The guy who was working there was helpful — I brought in my document on a flash drive, and he printed out 20 pages for me. It took about 5 minutes since I think some of their tech is pretty old, but it was cheap and seamless. $ 3.50 for 20 pages. Would come back.

I’m all the way in Inner Sunset and I need to get some digital prints done on a 12″ x 12″ matte finish paper.
There’s a Kinkos down south on Sloat Blvd. but the largest print size there is 11″ x 17″ or any desired size for oversize prints. But! For oversize black and whites, I can’t use special cardstock or a paper with a nicer finish (only regular printing paper). The oversize color printer can take these special paper types (but can’t you print black and white on the color printer?!) ANYWAYS low and behold Lauretta Printing saves the day.
Lauretta also has the 11″ x 17″ print size, BUT they also have a 12″ x 18″ print size which was perfect! «It must be printed on glossy paper though!» When I told them I didn’t want to print on glossy, the workers used some creativity and said, we can print it on the back for the matte finish, sweet!
They helped me measure and cut them, prepare them for mailing (cardboard support for non-​bending), 50 cents for parking outside (whole process took maybe 15 minutes), and I was one happy camper.
I approve and hope this small business succeeds in every way!

I needed a quick, cheap place to make a few last minute black and white copies while applying to apartments (applications are such a process!). Lauretta was all these things — and the staff was friendly, too. I’m a teacher and make copies A LOT, and as I walked out, I thought, «If I ever am pressed for copies at school, I’ll go here.» I recommend them without reservations!

I used Joe for printing jobs when I worked in the neighborhood. When I needed a job done very quickly for my new place of employment I thought of Joe. His prices were fair and he did the job with time to spare. I had to change the design a couple of times and he was very accommodating and went above and beyond what I would have ever expected.
Lauretta Printing earns every one of those five stars!

Tremendous customer service AND prices?!
I came here with an odd request. I wanted to create hand-​written business cards so I asked for a thick paper. He showed me some. He asked if I wanted them cut and foretold me that the price would be kind of ridiculous for the small amount of cards that I wanted. So, I just ordered the sheets, uncut. $ 2 for 10. And that was that.
I went again to print two pages from a PDF file on a flash drive. It only costs $ 1 + .10/​page!

I came here the other day to get some materials printed and faxed that were of a somewhat sensitive nature.
The older man that was working printed my documents from flash drive and faxed them promptly without batting an eyelash. He was nice and I got out of there with two documents, two faxes, a stamp, and an envelope for about ten dollars.
It’s not as cheap as Staples or Office Depot, but it’s local and I appreciate that more than anything!

I had placed an order for business cards with Joe via email. Joe was extremely helpful during the process. The cards themselves came out great and look very professional. Definitely will be coming back here for future business card orders. This place might be more pricey than a place like Copymax but you get what you pay for.

I have yet to find a copy place as helpful and affordable as this one since moving to the east bay. I am planning to head over the bridge tomorrow just to go here to get my copies made! This company is prompt, polite, and keepin it real.

I came here after reading it’s good Unilocal reviews and wanting to support local business.
The guy was working on the printing machines when I entered and acted as though he did not see me, even though he’d glanced up at me at least once. I rang the bell… nothing! Eventually he greeted me with a «I’ll be there in a minute». It was more like 3!
Then he was out the office, back to the machine, back to office etc. He took about 5 minutes to print out my 1 paged document from by USB flash drive and charged me over a $ 1 for it! It was good quality paper and was printed clear with no marks, but customer service and speed were highly lacking. I left vowing never to return.
About two weeks later I had 6 – 8 pdf files I needed to get printed. It was morning and the library was not open, so I decided (out of necessity) to give Lauretta’s another shot. Similar situation awaited. Very slow in attending to me, even slower printing it all out and charged me $ 1 per file!
So although my experience at Lauretta’s had a lot to be desired, it has been great in teaching me to be more prepared with my printing needs, so I can hit the library, or another print shop in time, not relying on an overpriced, unfriendly printing experience to eventually churn out my pages.

this place took me for a ride.
i wanted one b&w print of a excel document.
price: «$ 1 + tax». $ 1.20
so they took my flash drive to the back room and tried printing it.
on the third attempt, and after a few minutes of messing with the ink cartridges i was handed my $ 1.20 piece of printer paper.
it had a ink mark on it from the guys thumb.

Been finding myself going to Lauretta quite often lately. We did a small project with them — 200 booklets for a special occasion. Robert quoted us a good price and the printing was fine– they even printed free extra copies for us.
Lauretta’s b/​w copies are $ 0.08 each and color copies are $ 0.59 each. I get better rates in the east bay, but this is pretty good for SF. Plus Joe and Robert are friendly and provide good service. Metered parking out front makes it easy to stop by.

I have been going to Lauretta Printing Company and Copy Center for years. It is a family owned and operated business. Joe and Robert are helpful.
As technology has changed they do their best to keep up with the times, providing the best in color copy graphics and such. Joe is always eager to help with the various computer formats. Lauretta’s is prepared for the digital age. Pricing is reasonable and at times negotiable.
Meter parking is right out side the door. Yet, that part of Irving Street where they have been for over 15 years, gets very busy. Parking can be hard to find.
