Rik Ducar is unprofessional and incredibly deceiving. I wish I can give him negative stars. If you are even thinking about doing business with this guy, stay away.
The first time I met Rik, I thought that he had good knowledge about men’s wear. He was very detail oriented although he has a habit of dropping random celebrity names ALL THE TIME. According to him, he has dressed Kevin Bacon, Tim Hasselbeck, even T.I. (yes, the rapper), etc. etc. I found all of this hard to believe but I liked his attention to detail and his knowledge.
We decided to order wedding tuxes and accessories for the whole wedding party (9 people) through Rik. In the beginning, he was very attentive, almost OCD about every detail. The guy is a very good sales person.
After making a FULL payment for everything, he decides to disappear. He did send some of the tuxes and shirts but who does that? I pay you for something we agree on so I expect you to deliver everything in a timely fashion. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars out of my pocket to purchase/​rent the tuxes, shirts and accessories that Rik never delivered (all of which I paid for).
Rik Ducar did not return any of my phone calls regarding the missing items. He just disappeared. This has caused unncessary stress for us a week or two before the wedding.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS CON ARTIST.
