It’s so different writing a review for a personal trainer than a restaurant or a real estate agent. Mani is my personal trainer, and he’s helped me change my life for the better. When I told Mani I wanted 6-pack abs, to be able to do a handstand, and touch my toes, he didn’t laugh, he helped work out a plan for me to succeed, and gave me realistic timeframes for all of them. Any personal trainer can show up and make you exercise. Every day I trained with Mani, I knew exactly why I wanted to be there. His approach to exercise is so certain, so educated, and so gently motivating that I couldn’t say no. He focuses on form far more than just lifting weight or running more. This better form in the gym has translated to better form in my life. I even find myself thinking about things like how I pick up my grocery bags. His style is one-on-one and you know he’s paying attention to your every movement. He’s always able to remind you to do the exercise right, and never hesitates to show you or help you do it right. His rates are low considering how much you get. Don’t underestimate his value based on his price – he’s just starting out and when he gets more customers, you can bet he’s going to be one of the pricier ones out there. He’s also willing to work with you around your schedule and location, travelling across the city to make sure you get your exercise in. He obviously takes joy in seeing his customers succeed. Finally, Mani’s just a nice person. He asks how my day was, he finds out what I like, and he listened to me when I told him what my goals were for fitness, even though they seemed silly at the time. Give Mani a try, you won’t be disappointed.
