Went to Dr. Lin for a second opinion. She looked over all my paperwork and agreed with my previous doctor for the most part. She listened intently, and was helpful, asking lots of questions. I didn’t walk away with a new diagnosis, but I did get peace of mind that something big wasn’t missed.
Update: I had a billing issue, and a member of the staff cleared it up to my satisfaction.

MD standard issue. Front desk is a DISASTER! this office would never make it a week in private practice, if it were not for the hospital complex attached to the place I would never go there. Good insurance has its draw backs and this is one.

I never directly interacted with Dr. Lin so can’t speak to how she is as a doctor, but I did deal with her staff. They were the most unorganized/​incompetent group of people I have ever had to deal with at a doctors office. If they have this much trouble scheduling a simple doctors appointment, how are they when it comes to actual care?

Dr Lin exceeds my expectations. I have been seeing GI drs for a very long time and she has been the best! She sat with me for over an hour just talking about my general health and truly seemed to care. she also ordered almost every test out there in order to rule out anything very serious. No other dr has really tried to «think outside the box» like that.
