Well, ok. Whatever other people said about them screwing up the billing is correct. Nice people, helpful, but I had to call ATT 3 times for them to fix the charges; all we wanted was a new phone and to reduce minutes. Somehow we walked out with 2 new plans

Stay away from this place! A bunch of scammers! Do yourself a favor and go directly to the source as there’s an ATT corporate store in the mall. I thought that this time around that I’d give my business to a small local company, so I went here. First of all, their prices are HIGHER than AT&T to start off with. Secondly, they tried to sell me an open box item as new. When approached on price, they gave me this gimmicky way of discounting the device by returning the next day and crediting my account, surprise, never happened. Also, after numerous upgrades and 12 years with AT&T, I finally had enough and decided to switch my service. Buy a phone here? Guess what, not only are you liable for the early termination charges (ok, as this is a fully disclosed term of agreement), they go after you for $ 400 for the phone!!! They don’t disclose anything to you when you sign up, and submit to collections as soon as you cancel. I’ve had to hire an attorney to have this unwarranted charge removed. I’d rather pay an attorney than pay these crooks.
Do yourself a favor and head over to the AT&T store and Verizon stores directly.
