Molly is a thoughtful and insightful therapist. I appreciate her psychodynamic orientation and have found her to be both a caring and committed clinician. Her demeanor is engaging and that encourages openness to exploring difficult issues. I highly recommend her!

Here I am rushing to get to our session, you know how that is… and somehow I find myself on Park Presidio rather than Presidio, near her office. Now I’m not just acceptably late but going to be really late. Oh well, I think, I’ll just go late and not make a big deal of it… which is typical thinking for someone who struggles to value her own experience. The first thing I appreciated about Molly was her response to this. She gently and warmly suggested that we reschedule so that I could get the benefit of the entire session. Right from the start that made me feel valued and at the same time brought to light a way I was undervaluing myself. Therapy already underway! Molly’s calm, grounded presence made me feel comfortable right away in our session. She is particularly good at helping people deal with anger and the feelings that come up around being angry. If you are struggling with this she’s the therapist who you want to work with.

Molly is a wonderful therapist. She is both wicked-smart and very caring and compassionate. I am often startled by her deep insights and her gentle wisdom. I am lucky to have her in my life. I highly recommend her as a therapist.

I’ve been a colleague of Molly’s for years and can’t speak highly enough of her abilities to listen patiently and generously, and to open dialogue on challenging issues. She has a great deal of compassion, insight, and humor. Besides being remarkably intuitive, she is a practical problem-solver — an issue where therapists can sometimes miss the boat. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a warm, perceptive, and supportive counselor. Good luck with your search!
