Great neighborhood barbershop. Mone took me in as a walk in and was able to give me the exact cut I was looking for with the poor explanation I provided.

I always go to a place several times before i drop a review on Unilocal and I just got back from my third haircut with Mone.
The fade, cut and style he has done all three times has been excellent. You can tell that he loves what he does because the cut and style never feels rushed. For my fade, he goes through many steps to achieve the perfect looking blend.
Mone has legit skills and its evidenced in my cut which isn’t just a basic fade but also requires scissor work on the top for a styled but clean look. Very glad and fortunate to have stumbled into this place on Unilocal.He has a new regular in me. Check him out if you want a good haircut.

I want to encourage everyone to go to Mone the Barber. This guy is amazing. I’ve gotten three haircuts in the past 15 years, the last two by Mone the Barber. He’s a family man, a neighborhood guy and he will give you exactly what you want, even if you aren’t sure what that is. He’s a perfectionist and an artist. His prices are very reasonable considering the time he spends with you and the end result. Drop your current stylist like I did and see Mone the Barber on Divisadero! I promise you will be glad you did. Best in the city.

After being in the City for a year, I finally found a great Barber. Mone is definitely an artist. I always judge my Barber based on how good is the fade and did they butcher the top… My fade is impeccable and the top cut… Perfect. Thanks Mone. See you every couple weeks!

I moved into the neighborhood about 6 months ago and have been looking for a good local barber, I have found one in Mone. He was super friendly and easy going. He’s very careful with his cuts and is very precise. The haircut turned out just what I was looking for. I am definitely going to be a regular with Mone.

Mone is an excellent barber. He is very consistent. I have never had a bad cut in the last 6 years I’ve been going to him. He’s done basic cuts, fades, Mohawks, and comb overs for me. I’ve seen him do work on all kinds of hair and all different style. Mone is definitely an amazing barbers with quality, versatility, and consistency.
