This guy did some minor electrical work in our place. Was a fair guy, fair price, the outlets work so no problem. Came back for free to fix a minor issue with his work. Would definitely hire him again if I needed electrical stuff done around the house.

Tim and Brad did a good job of my simple electrical job. They worked with me on what I wanted (an extra ethernet cable run on the side of my house). There was a problem with the cable (not their fault) and they made it right with minimal extra cost. I’d recommend these local guys anytime, and I plan to have them back over for additional work in the future.

Tim was great. He completely rewired a flat for me, installed all new electrical wiring & lighting. HIs price was fair, significantly less than the other bid I received. He completed the job on a timely basis, passed inspections the first time. Was easy to work with. I used him a small projects before, this was the first large project that he completed for me. I will use him again

Very good courteous service from the dispatcher as well as the electrician that came to add a couple circuits in our Server room.
He was in and out 3−½ hours. He didn’t even invoice me for a four hour minimum.

Tim did some work for me on property that is going through the TIC to condominium conversion process in San Francisco. Basically the city inspector gives you a laundry list of things to fix or correct. The work required to complete my list was about 1 day of work for 2 guys. Tim successfully project managed my approval through the city electrical inspection process. His price wasn’t that bad, and he even knew the inspectors by name. Had it done within a week of my initial phone call. 5 stars.

Tim did a small follow-​up job for us, installing two new exterior lights and switches. As before, he arrived on time, did what he said he was going to do, gave good advice, and was friendly and efficient. He is my electrician 4 life.

I called Tim Moran to add two new circuits. I was very pleased that he assessed other electrical needs I hadn’t noticed, as well as completely refurbishing the circuit box and adding the circuits. It’s a pleasure to be downstairs in the house again. I’m very happy with his work, and found his prices to be fare. (And he’s a nice guy.)

I called in Tim Moran to fix my old shoddy wiring by recombining all three of my houses fuse boxes into one modern unit. Within the day I had myself a nice modern unit and all the old ones were removed. He was a pleasure to work with and his prices were reasonable and fair.
