Mosaic Event Management

I am writing this revision since the lead program manager was very responsive to my scathing remarks. I must admit, Unilocal helped. I’m not sure I’m a fan yet — the rest will depend on how the rest of the event goes for me as an attendee, but through their responsiveness I’m giving them some stars.

Mosaic Event Management is in a class above all others. They have handled dozens of corporate events for my organizations, and in all of the years, have delivered stellar results. Ron and his team provide supreme attention to details, extensive knowledge of top grade suppliers of venues, food, beverages, and entertainment, and most of all, the incredible creativity that makes each event fun, memorable, and unique.
Three more things that make Mosaic stand out from the crowd:
1) When Mosaic is managing an event, you as the host can relax and actually enjoy your own function, knowing that they are handling everything, and I mean everything.
2) Because of the volume of events they handle and excellent working relationships they have crafted over time all over the country, they are often able to negotiate great pricing on everything from venues to catering to entertainment. This boils down to giving you more bang for your event buck, and in many cases, the savings they negotiate translates to far more than Mosaic’s management fee.
3) The Mosaic team is incredibly responsive, meets deadlines, and stays within the budget. This is unfortunately rare in the event management field, especially when so many thousands of details are involved in each function.
