I don’t often write reviews unless I have something good to say. Nikki is a gem. Nice, funny, personable and gave me great advice on my aging, pigmented skin! The treatment really worked and took away the discoloration. She gave me knowledgable recommendations to help my skin and I had 100% trust in her professional opinion! She genuinely cares!

I saw Nikki this past week to deal with some potentially harmful skin issues. All I can say, is that her way of interacting with me was on the same level as the very efficient, excellent method she dealt with me. She explained everything in detail, which I tend to like, since that reduces anxiety for me. My issues were not cosmetic and were more medical per se, but she treated me with the type of graciousness that is especially desirable for a patient when dealing with health issues and medical practitioners. Super quick, skilled, and wonderful patient interaction.

Nikki is the best… I had experimented with botox & juviderm with other practices in the past… I have not been as pleased with past results as I thought I would be… Nikki is a true medical specialist in this field… I could not believe I had no bruising and she truly sculpted just the right spots, plus she is warm & personable which is hard to find… I am ecited I have finally found the right match for me… I plan to do FRAXEL with her. and I am very confident she knows what she is doing

i’ve only been to the office on sacramento near cpmc.
dr. satovsky was great. i had my baby with me and
found dr. satovsky and the staff to be totally baby-​friendly.
she gave my baby something to play with and let us use the
room later to feed. when i needed to use the restroom, one
of the office assistants watched my baby for me.
i saw another female dr. there another time and again,
super warm and baby-​friendly. she said, «you can bring her anytime!».
it doesn’t get better than that. plus, free soap samples!!!

Nikki was nice, but when I had 2 moles removed for testing, one of them was fine, one bled through my shirt and after 6 months still has not fully healed (the other one is not even a scar).

Nikki is awesome! She has been helping me prepare my face for my wedding day. As she applied the glycolic peel, she sat with me and we looked at her wedding pictures.
After my appointment, my face looked great! I can’t wait until my next appointment with her.

Although not a physician, she’s a brilliant P.A. I’ve met some really nice and knowledgeable physician assistants in the past (in today’s health care system, its starting to be the norm) but who can say they not only are trained in dermatology but also in plastic surgery. No one I know. Kudos in my book!
