I was so excited to see the Palm Store at the new mall because I had recently lost the stylus for my Tungsten. I found what I thought were exactly what I needed. I went to pay for it and the guy behind the counter said they no longer make Tungsten C specific accessories so he thought it would fit, but wasn’t sure and by the end of the conversation he said he didn’t think it would fit. =O So then I said what if I buy it and it doesn’t fit and then I return it — he replied with well then there would be a 10 or 15% restocking fee. I’m not really opposed to the restocking fee — I’m more annoyed with the fact that he works there and doesn’t know if it will or will not fit. He’s supposed to be the expert. I must ask for too much when the person working in a technical store doesn’t know technical details. I expect that out of a big box store but not a Palm specific store.
