Called twice before leaving to see the store. No answer.
Transited 30 minutes and arrived at the store to find all doors locked.
Called again, finally got an answer:
Them: ‘we’re closed’
Me: But your website said you close at 5, it’s not 5
Them: Yeah sometimes we close early.
Me: …*jaw drop*
Next day:
Call twice, no answer,
Against my better judgement, transit again to give them
the benefit of the doubt.
Arrive well before 5 pm.
All doors locked.
Call while I’m at the building.
No answer.
Never.
Ever.
Returning.
If you love a store that doesn’t answer calls and is never open– This is the place for you!!!

I own a commercial real estate company and have hired Peacock Floors for a number of tenant improvement remodels in downtown San Francisco. I’ve always been impressed by the owner, Martin. He’s gotten me bids quickly, his pricing is always very competitive and his work is always top notch. He’s a pleasure to deal with and he’s a real professional. I highly recommend using Martin for any of your flooring needs both commercial and residential!

We got leftover laminate from Martin and Daniella for less than half price. Turned out to be very high quality, so went back for more. Both of them are so nice. I wish they always had what we needed.

What can I say?
They arrived right on time, were friendly, did a very nice job, didn’t ding my freshly painted walls, cleaned up, the carpet looks great, and the price was very competitive.
I would highly reccomend Martin and his crew to anyone who has commercial or residential flooring needs.
