I have been a customer of USA Carpet for 10 years. Rafael, Anna & their staff have always been fantastic to deal with. They are there for me (even on short notice) for new carpet installations, new bathroom and kitchen floorings for my old, but charming apartment building in Point Richmond.
Their prices are very reasonable, and they do beautiful work. Thank you again for all the years of great service. I’m sure I’ll be calling you again soon.

After my usual installer flaked out on me, Rafael came by that same day to measure and got the work done the next day. He and his wife are very pleasant people to do business with — good prices and excellent service. The carpet and vinyl job I needed done was somewhat difficult and the results of the work done are beautiful. I will definitely use them again.

As a contractor and building owner I have been dealing with USA Carpets for my carpet and vinyl needs for ten years. Rafael and Anna are pleasant to deal with, and the price is always average. They have skilled installers who get in there on time and do a good job every time. I have never had to ask them to come back. This is rare for carpet and vinyl people. I assume that if I did have to have them come back to finish something up, they’d return promptly and make sure I was satisfied.
