Really lovely salon with a professional service and extremely friendly staff. Would recommend. Gel nails on hands with pedicure and polish was $ 44.

There are a bunch of nail salons in this area, but this one is my new go-​to. Pearly Nails is small, family run, and they really care about their clients. From offering me water to putting sunscreen on my hands before the gel manicure, the little details really counted. I came with a picture of a design I wanted for a special occasion this weekend, and my manicurist nailed it (hehe). Love this place!

Found this spot on Unilocal.It looks very unassuming tucked away on Van Ness. The ladies at Pearly Nails were extremely accommodating, providing us with water while we waited. She did an excellent job with my gel manicure and was very reasonably priced at $ 25.

I love this nail salon! It’s a mother-​daughter duo and they are both wonderful. Super friendly, do a great job on the nails plus a nice arm and leg massage. They even add flower petals and citrus to the mani/​pedi water bowls for an extra touch. I highly recommend!

This cute little spot is great. They made my nails look beautiful. I got a regular pedi and a gel mani. The overall experience seemed more personal than most places I’ve been, and the quality of work measured up to my standards. They also let my friend and I bring mimosas to our appointment since it was my friend’s birthday.

We were getting dinner nearby when the wait time got longer, walked into this place thinking might as well get a mani while we wait for our dinner reservations. Came here with my friend and the ladies here were amazing. They offered us water as we were walking around a lot, and just were very friendly with the services they had for someone not local to this area. If I’m ever around again will make it here for sure.

Love this nail salon and the mom and daughter team!!! They are amazing! Sweet, gentle, great at what they do, and so so so accommodating! Can’t say enough about them!!!

I LOVE this place! Right in my neighborhood and just happened to walk by, glad I went in! Hoa was great she did a deep clean up around my nails (which they needed) and they looked amazing after with a perfect polish job !! Thanks Hoa!!!

Okay, not only are the prices reasonable and the nail art fantastic. Absolutely enjoyed my pampering experience here. A friend goes here for her manicures and pedicures and suggested I check them out. Those ladies truly love what they do. They take care of you, and make sure you leave satisfied with their work. then I left with happy smile when looking at my nails

Still a fantastic place to go get nails done under the new management (another mother-​daughter team). Closed on Tuesdays but open on Sundays now.

This nail salon is excellent! The ladies are all very welcoming and it is low key but they do a meticulous job. No waiting forever here, walk ins are a breeze and they’re open until 7pm even on Sundays! Highly recommend this place for nails and waxing. I always get gel manis here, like everyone else mentioned, there is a great selection of gel colors. The spa pedis are amazing too! The prices are extremely reasonable compared to other places in Cow Hollow/​Russian Hill. A neighborhood gem.

This place is amazing!!! The girls are super nice and take care of you, I’ve got a massage and also really good pedi.
There is never too many people and you can come without reservation. Ah, have I mentioned how many colors do they have??? Amazing! Will totally go back there!

Je garderai un excellent souvenir de cette grande première au salon Mai. L’accueil est souriant, le service est pro, il y a beaucoup de choix de couleurs (Essie et OPI essentiellement) et les tarifs sont plus que corrects. Jugez plutôt: 25 $ pour une french manucure gel soit moins de 20 €. Un tarif introuvable en France. J’étais tellement bien dans ce salon que je me suis finalement laissée tenter par une pédicure et une épilation, toujours parfaitement exécutés.
Notez le petite attention: le chauffage mobile orienté vers mes pieds pendant l’attente du séchage du vernis. Quand je vous dis que j’étais chouchoutée !
Je suis ressortie détendue et ravie de ce moment de relaxation.

Do your self (hands, feet, and soul) a favor and check out this little unassuming place on Van Ness. The ladies who work there are so wonderful and will take such magnificent, nurturing care of you — AND your nails will look great!
They have super high quality dryers for the gel/​shellac mani/​pedi, which I totally appreciated, and the nail services I got there this afternoon were among the most enjoyable I’ve had in years.
These ladies bring HEART and it makes all the difference!

My favorite nail salon in marina/​cow hollow! These ladies are the sweetest, and do an amazing job. Also great price $ 25 dollars for mani and pedi :)

Best Technical Manicure /​Pedicure EVER!
I was atteding a conference at the Holiday Inn and checked Unilocal for a place within walking distance… I hate to even Unilocal about this, to reveal my gem of a find… This was the best Mani/​Pedi I have ever had. The nails were perfect and it was pain-​free — I have a huge callus on my big toe (yuck) and most people cut at it and it hurts like heck. The ladies had a stone and remover that worked painless wonders. If you have an eldery person to take out — this is a good place. The price was half of other places — they can certainly charge more and I hope they don’t take their work on the road to the rich and famous :) I suggest a big tip to keep the prices this low :)
I was lucky — no one there on a Thursday at 4pm. Very clean — the cleanest place I have ever been to — I know this is important to a lot of people — no re-​used equipment. Absolutely perfect nails — not too square and not too round — the best ever.
Winston’s suggestions — make an appointment and bring a magazine or an IPod. Enjoy your experience. I was done and dry in an hour, which I appreciated. I am going to go back whenever I am in the City. Street/​Meter parking is available.

I originally came to Mai Le’s salons because I stumbled upon it. They did a great job and I was so happy when I left. Then I decided to try a salon closer to my house and I was severely disappointed. My polish was bubbly and it was awful so I went back to Mai Le for a gel redo and she did an amazing job. This is my third time back and I will ONLY come here. She did a great job on my eyebrows too!!! They take their time and concentrate on you. What service!!!

I have to update my review because I absolutely love Mai Le. I recently got a botched gelish nail polish job in SJ and wanted it removed and redone. I called Mai Le Nail Salon simply because it is down the street from my house. Luckily they do have the gelish polish and charged only $ 25. When I arrived, I was worked on right away. Mai soaked my nails with the gelish remover and I quietly waited while she removed the old polish. Mai worked diligently and carefully applying the new color. No spots, not bubbles, perfect clean and shiny nails. The gelish manicure was quick, easy and everything came out beautiful.
They have a lot of polish colors and quite a number of gelish polish colors as well. When I was in today, Mai told me that they were going to order more colors. Spiffy! The tools are sealed in sanitary bags and sanitized, buffers are brand new and they work gently on your nails. Warm lotion is also a nice touch.
I highly recommend coming here for all of your needs. Everything is clean, neat and in order. This is my new gelish spot.
