Great place. Casual fast dining I dont know why ppl hate it. They ARE slow tho but I guess it’s because they only have one person, which is common for small businesses. However, the pizza is fresh and I saw her putting the ingredients on after I ordered it so that could b why it takes time to cook. Definitely recommend!

I’ve eaten here 3 times already and each time i keep saying“god i have to write a review! «i saw that a lot of people gave this place bad reviews and it scared me at first but once i smelled the onion rings i knew they where good. I’ve eaten their burgers a couple times and their ok. All their sides though are amazing! Their curly fries, onion rings, chili fries, chicken wings awesome! We also had there sweet and spicy pizza. It could’ve had more sauce but was still good. Over all I’ll continue ordering from this place. Keep up the great work!

If I can give no star, I would. Pizza took over 1 hour 40 minutes for delivery and the distance was just .03 miles. Called to find out about my order after an hour and this ‘smart’ guy got smart with me. I said ‘Hi, I placed my order an hour ago and was wondering about the status.’ Right off the bat he said, rude and loud, «You are not my only customer and that they had orders in front of me. It takes 45 minutes for the pizza, and 45 minutes for delivery, and your pizza is now in the oven.» — thought it only took takes 45 minutes in the oven, why is it still in the over after an hour? Of course there are orders before me, but did you need to get ‘smart’? You can be busy, but don’t get smart. All you’re telling me is ‘don’t bother to order with us again. I get it.

I live pretty close, so I drop in regularly to get food in person. They’re not super speedy(usually wait 15 – 20 minutes), but the pizzas and calzones are both solid and they’re open late. Not the best food I’ve ever had, but nothing to complain about either. On a side note, I left my wallet at a table one night and had it returned to me the next day with everything in it. Owners were super gracious about it and refused a tip. Good people in my book, and I’m happy to give them my business any day of the week.

Placed an order with these guys to try to give them another chance, after having previously received a burnt pizza and two late deliveries. It is now 8:02pm, and they still have not shown up(placed the order at 4:58pm). Definitely not worth $ 40 and a 3+ hour wait for mediocre pizza(that’s not even here yet)! ***Update: the manager ended up delivering our food himself, after some apparent car difficulties experienced by their drivers. They did comp the order, which is appreciated. However, the fact that I waited over 3.5hrs without once receiving word from the restaurant itself that the order was super delayed, but still on the way, is worrisome. Hope they roll out a new and more efficient system for deliveries, or figure something out for those who plan to place orders in the near future.

I gave these guys another chance and ordered a few more times from them. I’m in love with the mango habanero wings. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich and choked on a piece of hard plastic that was pushed inside the bun! It looks like a piece from a sauce bottle nozzle. I’m so disappointed that this happened because I like how close they are to my home and the wings are literally to die for. I will be contacting a lawyer it looks like. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from here.

So, I reviewed these guys a while back ago and the service was awful, the pizza was burnt; it was really disappointing. But I wanted to write another review and tell them that they have redeemed themselves. I ordered for delivery and although the guy was the phone was super new, he was patient, got my order right and delivery was fast. The chicken Philly I ordered was really really good, and the pizza slice was nice too. I really wish them the best in getting their business reviews back on track…

This place is disgusting! I tried temperature out on a few occasions and the experience got worse everytime. We ordered a whole pizza a few weeks ago and the pizza was cold and it was as thin as a house slipper! Tonight, we ordered a calzone, it was burnt, soggy and lacked taste. These ppl shouldn’t even be in business! And they allow there 11 year old rude kid answer the phone, handle customers and she can’t even give back correct change from the register! Smdh, and if you decide to call by phone to order in advance forget about it! You will encounter the rude kids her frustrated mother/owner and as your trying to order they are screaming in the back round arguing with there family members! Like OMG! Can’t even say«excuse me please hold»!! Sheeesh people it’s common sense civil manners!

Honestly wasn’t impressed. The lady told me everything was made fresh but the toppings didn’t reflect that, and the crust was soggy underneath the vegetables and the pepperoni wasn’t even cooked at all! My roommate had their philly cheese steak and he couldn’t even finish it due to its«mediocre and bland flavor». It sucks because I live nearby and definitely would not return. No wonder it’s always dead when I walk by? From my brief time there I saw the only cook touch many surfaces without washing his hands and he even wiped sweat off his face with his hands, I turned away because ignorance is bliss when it comes to food preparation.

This place just gets worst and worst. I have continued to order from this place despite my last review… I know, bad mistake. Well, it’s helping me write this review so you’re welcome lol — They never get my order right and I mean never! How do you manage to mess my order EVERYTIME?! I mean you’d have to put an effort into not caring to mess up this badly. — Quality of food has never been worst and it will continue to get worst because their profits are shrinking as we speak. — Oh, and the service. What service?! Order delivery? They show up an hr and a half later with cold food. You call for pick up and they quote you 15−20min. Forget about it. You show up and they haven’t started making it. — The owner can be seen from time to time chewing out the poor new cashiers and the cooks are always arguing with the owners or the cashiers. It just goes to say that this place rots from the head down. The only consistent thing about this place is that they always manage to do something wrong to take away from your meal. It’s just pathetic. They put a bad name to our neighborhood and they deserve to be shut down. I’m sorry guys, it’s just what I feel and so do many fellow Unilocalers.

Wish I had read the reviews before I tried this place. In any case, I ordered food from here through grubhuub, before a friend showed up with lunch right after I ordered(and I mean it was about two minutes after I ordered they showed up). I immediately called to cancel, and it kinda went downhill. When I said I wanted to cancel, the woman who answered the phone only asked«Why?» Didn’t ask if I wanted to change my order or if I had accidentally ordered the wrong thing, just«why?» When I explained, she said«ok», and hung up. That’s it. Well then. I figured that was that, and never received a cancellation email or anything, so I tried calling back twenty minutes later to confirm. No one answered. Luckily, the food never arrived, but I still got charged for it, sigh.

If I could give a zero I would. I’m the type of person to give a place multiple trues before judging. But this is my second time ordering and AGAIN a 2 hour wait for my food and it STILL isn’t here. I will never order from here again. I’m a great tipper too but they get none!

Also wish I could give 0 stars. Waited an hour for a pizza that had all of its toppings slid to the side, the crust so thin there was a hole in it and half of the pizza was fused to the paper on the bottom. Had to order another pizza from somewhere else. 25 bucks wasted.

Don’t do business if u can’t deliver within a certain timeframe. 2.5 hours and had to have eat24 cancel my order cause it was going to be an additional 40 mins. This place must not have a manager. Hire someone capable. Thought I would give this place a try as they are down the street…(.5 miles). Will not be recommending this place.

I wish I could leave this place 0 stars because that’s what they deserve. I ordered a box of mozzarella sticks, a cheese pizza, and onion rings. 2 hours after I called, the food was delivered. I opened my bag and saw the pizza and the mozzarella sticks, but where were my onion rings??? They were missing! So I asked the driver where it was. He said he didn’t have it, would finish his deliveries, and go back to the restaurant. I called the restaurant and they said it would be another hour before I got it. So I asked if they would at least comp it, because that’s what most establishments would do. They said they’d have a manager call me in the morning. I never like being«that customer» because I work in the service industry too and I’ve dealt with angry customers before and it sucks. But when you’re blatantly giving someone shitty business, it’s called for. do yourselves a favor. Don’t order from this place.

Terrible customer service! We ordered from here once for delivery and had to wait 2 hours. We liked the food, so decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Tonight, it was over 2 and a half HOURS before I called them to discover the fate of our food. When I finally got through, I was told that our food had just finished(when we orders almost 3 hours ago) because they«got busy». Though apologetic at first, the guy copped an attitude when I let him know this was the second time this had happened. Needless to say, we will NEVER order from here again.

They took over two hours to deliver. Once we got the food it was cold and rubbery. The order was also wrong. When we called and asked for compensation they resolved to give us a 25% discount on our next purchase. We won’t be desperate enough to use them again, though.

I don’t like to leave a 1 star review because I know how much it can hurt a business, but the Philly cheesesteak sandwich I ordered was not good at all… not even close. Why put american cheese by default? They normally come with provolone that’s why I didn’t ask when I ordered. The cheddar cheese was gross. Onions and bell pepper were huge cuts that overwhelmed the small thin sliced steak. If you crave a Steak and cheese sandwich and it’s before 6pm, go one block down across the street near the laundry mat to Vikings giant submarines. The family there know how to make a bomb ass steak and cheese! Sorry to say but this is the first and last time I’ll eat here. I pass here every single day and finally decided to try it today and I was disappointed. I spent $ 8 and only ate a quarter of the sandwich.
