Red Dragon’s beers are pretty cold, not the coldest on the block –but the cheapest! The owner is a chill guy who is always ready to be helpful and laughs at my bad jokes. It also has a badass name. When it’s time for a beer run«Hitting up the Red Dragon» just sounds right. My only gripes are how narrow the place is and it closes kinda early on the weekends.

This place is a dark scary hole with sketchy people lurking inside. Red Dragon is certainly not for the weak of heart but if you are brave it will do in a pinch.

I totally see where my fellow reviewers are coming from, but this place is g-izzzzz-etto. It’s totally the closest place to me, so I’ll definitely be back, but convenient is all it is. If you’ve got a better option… take it.

How can you beat Red Dragon Liquors? Aside from being the closest place to buy alcohol(and that’s saying something), it has a true inner city look and feel: virtually no selection, no fresh food or nourishing beverages(milk, real juice), and a friendly Asian immigrant proprietor who gets shit from his Mexican immigrant customers about being an immigrant. Who could ask for more? I’ll tell you: cigarette smuggling! How rocking is this?:
