Robin Prior Tech Support

Robin brought my late 2011 13″ Macbook Pro back to blistering speed quickly and at low cost. The upgrade: 16GB memory and a 500 GB SSD. He went out of his way to meet me in San Francisco to drop off and pick up the Mac. He also made sure that the OS install was flawless. While I have new Macs available to me at work, I am grateful to have a personal machine yanked back from the abyss and into daily usage. But I am not surprised. Robin built a PC for me in 1994 and from then until now his understanding of hardware and tech solutions has been cutting edge and his implementation has always been without a hitch. He is also a jargon-​free teacher which makes any comments of his easy to understand. He’s a real find.

I highly recommend contacting Robin for any tech support. He is very professional and repaired my MacBook in a timely manner. What I appreciated was how Robin kept in contact with me about the status of my computer; pricing was very reasonable and cheaper than what it would have cost me anywhere else.
I know that if I ever have any issues with my computer the first person that I am going to get in contact with will be Robin. He is very knowledgable about this field, and is also able to describe the issues in an understandable manner.

Got my gmail hacked last week, and didn’t really know what to do !! So I try to reach one of the richest company in the world GOOGLE !! And guess what they don’t even have a customer service, if you have a problem with your gmail account !! Just have link after link after link and good luck to try to fix it .
So someone told me about Robin, and what a great found, called Robin in the morning about my problem, give him all my infos, next day my email was fix. even Best buy will not be that fast !! So just to make sure my Mac Pro was ok after what happen, called Robin again, and drop my Mac the same morning, and guess what, next day all clean and ready !! That customer Service, and Robin is the best so much energy and always a smile .
Now i know where to go if i have a problem with my iPhone, I mac. I make sure I will let my friends know if they have a problem .
