I went to fix a cracked iPhone 5s screen. They only replaced the glass and failed to notice that the LCD display needed fixing. Next day the replacement glass cracked while the phone was in my bag. The technician forgot to put back the screws on the bottom of my phone. Sloppy job. I had to go to a different place two days after to get a new LCD and glass.

OMG, they moved. When I came to their Nobhill store, I found it was empty. Thanks to Unilocal so I got their new address. It’s only like 10 – 15 minutes drive from where they were. They were down-​sized to an 2nd floor office. Same crew are working there. Tony fixed my problematic laptop in 1 day and even offered to drop it off. I’d like to come by anyways (good food in the outer Richmond neighborhood).
