Ordered 3 dozen scones for my baby shower — Ruby Tuesday, Brown Sugar, and they made me a custom order of lemon poppyseed — and they were a big hit. They’re basically my idea of an optimal scone: soft on the outside, crunchy on the outside, fluffy without being too crumbly. The dough has just the right amount of sweetness, to complement the judicious drizzle of frosting on the top. They really exceeded all of my expectations, both taste-wise and size-wise(they’re HUGE) and I’m seriously wishing I could justify keeping them around the house all the time. ;) I have leftovers from the party, which I’d normally dispose of by feeding them to my free-food loving co-workers, but my husband and I would rather eat them for every meal in order to finish them before they go stale than give any away.(And that’s exactly what we’re doing this week.)

The taste of these scones made by Rolling Scones is nothing short of extraordinary — it is obvious to me that a lot of time, care, and effort went into making these scones. I ate one and now every time I see one — I feel guilty when I pick up two.

Absolutely amazing. They are light, fluffy, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. This has now become my go to scone place. I ordered a dozen of the Ruby Tuesday and seasonal pumpkin for my office. They were a huge hit. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Might I suggest a flavor? «Jumping Jack Flash» a savory scone with pepper jack cheese. Hmmmmm?

Thanks, Rolling Scones, for helping to get my snarly coworkers to like me this morning. I brought a batch of Ruby Tuesdays and a batch of seasonal pumpkin scones to our staff meeting, and everyone(including myself) was completely blown away. So freaking delicious.
