I went this past Friday and it was all smooth sailing. HUGE shout out to Javier! Javier was very kind and personable while walking me through the process. It was the first time I have had to have another individual other than myself do my taxes (dues to some unknown clerical errors on my part in 2012). Javier gave me the comfort and confidence to trust his services. Good man for the task and the establishment is ‘blessed’ to have him as part of their team. I will be back in 2017.

I have been going to do my taxes with Rudy And Javier for years Even before I could be employed I remember my dad coming here every tax season they are Great and have always treated us with a smile and great conversation every time I highly recommend you Come do you services with them they are really professional people. Javier has been doing my taxes for the past years he always remembers who I am which feels good when doing my taxes they take care of me every year .

Horrible customer service. I was really upset that I had to explain what a service animal was to them, when I was trying to claim that as tax deductible. The staff was not knowledgeable, Javier Cortes and Christiana Garcia were rude. I had to pull up the information on my phone to show them the information on the IRS website and still they were not able to add that to my taxes. Furthermore, they went on to ask me if I have a disability when I said yes, they asked me if I was blind and I said no. It clearly shows that they are ignorant. I do not recommend their services! Please save yourself the headache and do your taxes elsewhere. I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option.

Javier has been doing our taxes for at least 4 years now. And he always is very informative and takes good care of us. He not only does our taxes he gives us tips for how to manage our money throughout the year. He also charges us a fraction of the price that an HR Block or a Liberty would have. He’s very personable and he makes it a lot easier to do a task that is normally a major pain in the you-​know-​what.
Parking is pretty tough there though. On the street it’s on, it’s metered parking. If you park on the street parallel it’d not metered — i think it’s a 2 hr limit. They also don’t take appointments so plan accordingly. I’ve always taken time off to get there early enough to hopefully avoid a wait.

I’ve been going to Rudy since i could remember.
My parents have filed their taxes with Rudy for about 10+ years.
I was surprised when i went in by myself to file my own taxes, he still remembered me!
I’m pretty easy, all i have is a W-​2 and Rudy already has all of my information on file. The only thing that i hate is parking! SERIOUSLY! Street parking in that area is the worst. I’ll be going to Rudy again this year.

I went back for 2013 and again paid $ 80 to have my taxes done. I only had one W2 unlike prior years. Rudy’s son Javier was very friendly and professional. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses and these guys have been a part of the community for 30+ years. I will continue going to them as they take good care of me and are far cheaper than H&R block or Liberty Tax where I have gone before.
