They’re friendly enough here, even though they don’t all seem happy to be here.
There are separate lines for information and purchases.
I’ve bought a few MUNI day passes, and it’s easy, if you get off BART at Powell Street.
They remind you to scratch off the month and day number. I mentioned that some people don’t, and this latest person told me that there are penalties.
In any case, the office is much cleaner than the surrounding area, at this level – or at the street level above it.
They have a load of brochures you might want to help you make the most of your visit.
