It has been almost 9 years since I have felt the least bit confident in my body. Charisse has not only provided me with the right diet of a healthy lifestyle and the right core strengthening that has made me feel like I can live in my skin. I feel like I can now, having two boys and struggling with genes that haven’t provided me with the feeling of wow all the workouts have paid off! This one has! I feel strong and my husband has commented on how contoured my butt an thighs look! I owe it to the weekly visits to Seraphic Vines. I love the workouts that allow me to work hard when necessary and work less when not necessary. Whatever time that is for you Charisse works to help get you to the level you need to be. Finally I know what my transverse abdominals are, thank you Charisse! I have tried plenty of different work outs but never have I been able to connect to my body and those tough areas I’d like to change. My sessions with Charisse have changed that for good. Her knowledge of the body and ability to connect with what what each client needs is unparalleled. I’m proud to write the first review for seraphic vines. I started seeing Charisse after a car accident I was in almost exactly two years ago. I had horrible back pain and I heard pilates really helps. At my first session, we did a couple simple exercises to establish the best approach for me. She was extremely knowledgeable in the anatomy of my body and was able to pinpoint exactly what was causing my back pain. We’ve been working together on my back for some time now and I’ve noticed substantial improvements in my posture and overall lack of back pain. When we started off I was very new to pilates, and the instruction I was given really allowed me to be present in the moment and be aware of the isolated muscles working. I really appreciate the approach she takes which is really calming, patient, and warm. Often we do a meditation session which really is a wonderful balance. I highly recommend working with Charisse, especially if you have any injuries.
