SF Best Limousine

2 stars only pending the full refund of stated «voiding the transaction» the day before our planned event we got an email stating we will be charged additional «travel time» for «an hour and a half extra». Also stating that they were unsuccessful in charging a card for that extra fee. To come us pick up in Solano county. Even though the reservation was made 10 days ago. We were not informed any earlier or that they would go ahead and charge seperate amount with out our knowledge. Good thing the bank didn’t allow it.

We called and didn’t get good answers and cancelled. Hopefully they void and refund as stated during that call.

Worst Experience Ever!!! I’m not being dramatic. Bridal party wine tasting trip for 14 people– and this company was a no show. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Heard about this company from
, booked months in advance, and when we called to check status on our driver the owner was rude and lied, saying the driver was on his way, just running behind. Time passed, we called again to check status and he kept placing us on hold without warning. Then he kept repeating himself «like.you know, like…» We were understanding and thought he might just be a few minutes behind, but after calling again to ask the estimated time of arrival, the owner was very accusatory! We simply wanted to know what time they’d be arriving. He lied and said we never confirmed our reservation, and no one would be coming to pick us up. Terrible customer service. Luckily, it must have been meant to be because we were able to book «Napa Valley Tours & Transportation» and they provided us with a phenomenal experience. Chris, our driver, was amazing!

I used this limo company, it’s quietly luxury and comfortable, the driver was pretty nice, Amazing!
