Always very helpful but, a little disappointed in my experience today. I purchased several gallons of base paint being told that they could be tinted any color. Today when I took the gallon back to be tinted I was told that it wasn’t the right base. And, I couldn’t exchange my gallon for the correct base because I already opened it to check the color and got paint on the side of the can. No one had ever told me there were different types of base coats and I really don’t think it was my responsibility to know that or even think to ask about it. $ 50 later I have the color I want and the salesperson was very helpful and assisting me in picking out the right color. She let me know all of my options and I appreciated her help. However I did have to pay quite a bit for that additional can due to salespersons error. And I’m really disappointed about that.
