Omg!!! What an great experience. I bought the shoes as a wedding gift for a friend. The wedding isn’t until August 2016 but she has been looking since January of 2015. My friend was starting to think she was going to have walk down the isle barefoot until… I a stumbled upon the shoe of prey display in nordstorms. And her prayers were answered. The sales lady was so great that we had tried on samples, designed the perfect shoe to my friends great satisfaction and paid for the shoes all in less than 20 minutes! The experience was phenomenal from start to finish! The sale’s lady said it would take 3 weeks, it took just 1 week. And the company emails and sends you photos of the process step by step. And true to the nordstorms experience if there was a problem or she changed her mind I could return them and get a full refund. When they arrived, the straps were too loose, and they fixed that too at a cobbler in the mall just downstairs! My friend was so happy, she found her dream wedding shoes it brought her to tears. I’m so pleased with our whole experience! From beginning to end, from salesperson to manufactures, the whole process was simply superb! Thanks Shoe of prey best wedding gift ever!!! I am the shoe hero now!
