I worked as a massage therapist out of The Independent Pratice Center in 2011 – 2012.
Very lovely location in Nob Hill.
Clean and well-​furnished rooms.
Sima, the owner, is very smart and helpful.
The only down part was not a lot of street parking, but that’s San Francisco in general.

I can’t recommend Sima Space highly enough. It has been a joy to work with Sima. She has been very helpful in assisting me in working towards achieving my goals as a practitioner, and has responded to me in a timely manner whenever I’ve had inquiries about the space. The rooms are pristine and provide an ideal ambiance for therapeutic work!

Sima Space provides the feel of a professional office space with the extra touches that make me forget I am renting — my own locker, room options, ambiance, etc.
It has proved indispensable in starting to see clients as well as given me the courage to start my own practice. I highly recommend using Sima Space for all types of therapy.

Sima has been absolutely fantastic. Her treatment rooms are beautiful, and really give me a wonderful place to practise. She’s been incredibly accommodating to my needs, and even bought a few supplies when I asked. She’s provided me with .html code for her parking map that I could add to my own website, and made sure that there would be plenty of available times for me to reserve a room.
The fantastic address helps me market myself to the clients I want, and her generous support means I never have to worry.
I couldn’t recommend her enough.
