This company was great, similar to the other reviewer, we had a nightmare with Apria obtaining a shower chair. SF General social worker suggested Sincere Care and the woman who answered the phone the first time I called helped by answering some questions, then I called a few hours later to request a photo and she emailed me a picture of the chair. Finally I called again and she measured the widest part of the chair for me– she was so helpful and patient with me as I didn’t know quite what we needed. Also, once I ordered, they said they’d deliver it that night if they could and they arrived a few hours later. Great experience, thank you so much.

I was referred to Sincere Care Management, Inc after a one month nightmare scenario with Apria Healthcare in trying to secure a transport wheelchair for a relative.
Aaron was professional and attentive and the entire transaction was completed with 2 phone calls vs Apria which took over 30 calls and never got anywhere. The wheelchair was delivered in 2 business days with the driver thoroughly going over the operating instructions and safety procedures. The product was new and sealed in a box vs the piece of used, dirty piece of trash Apria tried to deliver to me.
I will instruct the insurance provider to never use Apria again and will certainly recommend Sincere Care Management for all future needs.
