First time in this place! Went here to celebrate friend’s bday. We’re group of 8 and the room that we occupied is very spacious that you and your group can dance while doing your karaōke! One free hour for every bottle service … Very good sound system. Songs were current with some 80s and 90s song selection. They have Korean, Chinese, Japanese songs as well. If you want a break from singing you can hop on their dance floor with cool music from their in house DJ. The only bad thing is they open not until 9pm other than that this is a fun place to hang out and party. Btw they accept reservations!

I didn’t even know this place existed! I went on a Thursday night and it was pretty empty. I didn’t mind though cause all of the other bars were cramped and smelly. The décor is so nice and cool for a lounge. The music is on point! They play hip hop and especially all of the ones that make you get on that ratchet mode. Lol. The bartender is so nice and friendly! She’s also really pretty. They have a bunch of alcohol. I would come back again for the atmosphere.

Karaōke isn’t worth it, the system is faulty, and they don’t have all the classics… for example… NO. ROLLINGSTONES. Only reason i don’t put 1 star is because of the decent customer service. Update to a better sound system/and software for your karaōke.

Came here for a birthday, and had an awesome time! The staff are very friendly, and the drinks aren’t overly expensive. Affordable karaōke in a really clean environment. I didn’t see many people at the actual bar, but I was mostly in the karaōke room. Definitely recommend for your next karaōke party!

Went here a few weeks ago(April 2015), with a small party of four. I was able to make a same-day private room reservation by calling, and the rate was $ 30 per hour(we were not quoted a minimum, unlike another close by, very popular karaōke bar/restaurant). The hostess? would routinely swing by to give us tea and fill drink orders. I don’t think they serve food, but I’m not sure about their policy regarding bringing in outside food. The place seemed kind of empty, I’m not really sure why. Maybe no one knows about this place yet? If you’re looking for a cheaper, and currently less crowded, alternative to a certain nearby karaōke bar/restaurant, this one’s a winner! Oh yeah, song selection. They surprisingly had some«indie» music(«Fiction» by the xx… after that, my memory gets… hazy), and a decent selection of 90s-era music, as far as I can recall.

Went here for a friend’s birthday last week & he reserved a large room for 2 hours from 9 – 11. The place opens at 9pm, and we got there a little late, about 9:20 and he called ahead. Very spacious, clean, fun décor, nice staff. The karaōke machine was a little difficult to figure out, and it took awhile to search for songs since they didn’t have any books. The drinks were good, and our group of 9 had a lot of fun. Would definitely go back. Hopefully they’ll figure out a way to have the karaōke song catalog more accessible.

I have never reviewed before on Unilocal but I thought what happened to me and my friends warranted a review. My and a few friends went here on a Sunday night around midnight so there was about 6 people in there. I ask how much an appletini is for my friend as a joke. It’s about $ 10 – 12 so I say nevermind. Next thing I know the bartender, Janice, starts making it. I’m assuming maybe she’s making it to give to us and try, but when we ask who ordered it she says that someone needs to pay for it. We pull together some money and when I ask her to see which one of us actually ordered it(which none of us did) she takes the money and says it’s all good. She basically made a drink and forced us to pay when none of us ordered it then plays it off when we ask who ordered it.

Came here with my elementary school friends to reminisce our childhood years on a Sunday night. We sat at the bar, but there are private karaōke rooms available for a minimum charge. We met the owner and he was very nice! I can’t speak for other nights, but it was very slow(duh?) on a Sunday night. It gave me a good view of the place. The decoration was modern and it looked like a very chill place. Would give it a try next time I karaōke!

It kinda sucked. Granted, I haven’t been to a lot of karaōke bars, unless you count the ones I used to frequent in SoCal during my uni days. First off, the remote was difficult to use: no instructions. As I was used to Korean Noraebang’s remotes, I had no clue how to even begin. A girl eventually came in and taught my friend how to use it. Secondly, the machine kept breaking down and the guy had to come in and reset it a few times and it takes a few minutes for it to reboot. Thirdly, the song selections were updated, but they were seriously just official music videos with lyrics and the original artists’ voice still intact. Maybe we didn’t know how to turn the voices off, but as it was a karaōke bar, it should have been all instrumentals. Some of the older songs had videos that date back to early 90’s karaōke video where there’s a random girl just posing like a model in scenic locations. Topless girls were in a few of them. To sum it up, the only thing keeping this place a solid 3 is the fact that we were here for 2 hours, had 8 drinks and was only changed $ 50. I don’t even know how that happened.

This place is ok, much better places in the city if you want to give your vocal chords a workout. The rooms are pretty nice and the minimum charge is $ 180 in drinks and room rental is included. Between 6 of us that was easy enough to hit the other weekend. I absolutely hate the karaōke system. The song book is on a digital system instead of an actual book you flip through. The navigation can take awhile to get used to and When i was finally able to find the artist I was looking for they never had the artists most popular songs!!! Totally frustrating. The service could have been better. The servers only came in once or twice the whole night to check on us. We’d usually have to go up to the bar to get drinks, and even then the girls at the bar seemed more interested in flirting with the male customers. At one point, I came up to the bar with a full order of drinks for our room, and what appeared to be the manager or owner jokingly said I should work their as a server. Sorry sir, I’ve been done with that kind of work since college but I can tell you I would have been providing much more stellar service then my friends and I got if i were to take you up on your offer, that’s for sure.

Kama Lounge is a clean bar with karaōke rooms and lots of open space. There is alot of room to sit and the drinks are cheap. When I was in the karaōke room, the service was quick and they kept coming in to ask for drinks and bringing us juice and water. The place doesn’t get too crowded which is nice if you want cheap drinks and to chat with friends.

Kama lounge recently reopened and Its pretty nice. They have a bunch of rooms for small parties where you can kareoke and a decent size bar area. The music isn’t too loud so you can still hold a conversation. The owner is nice and they have cute friendly bartenders. The drinks are farely priced. Check out this place out, its a pretty chill spot.
