This is the dirtiest Starbucks I ever visited. The store smells funny and the tables are sticky. Don’t they clean this place? Really disappointed as a customer and a shareholder.

Contrary to the other reviews, this one is actually one of my favorite Starbucks! The baristas/cashiers are super friendly and efficient. But I have to take 1 star off because the bathroom location is not convenient(they share it with in&out which is about a block away)

Run, run and run. The WORST Starbucks ever. Slow in service, more interested in telephone orders than actual customers. No bathroom. Not clean… Where do I stop?

I came to this Starbucks around the afternoon to buy 5 grande coffees, a cup of yogurt, and a banana. About an hour later, I came back with my coworker to do a weekly phone call we had for the company we work for. I figured after our call, I would go and buy something and continue to do work. About 15 minutes after sitting and preparing my laptop, we were approached by 1 of 3 ladies sitting at a table across from us. She tells us, this Starbucks is for paying customers only and if we wanted to sit here, we had to buy something. Guessing by what she said and what the 3 ladies were talking about, margins/schedules and what not, they were probably managers. And I get it. You did not see an hour prior when I bought a sh! tload of stuff. So my coworker buys an ice coffee. Fixes everything. But what gets me upset is the fact a gentleman brings his bicycle in, sits right next to us, Literally one chair over and plugs his phone in. 15 minutes after sitting, none of them approach him. 20 minutes later the gentleman gets up because his phone is all charged and leaves. Was not approached nor did he buy jacksh! t…My question is why? Maybe we were 2 small asian guys that looked like we could be bullied? «Hey, look at the asian guys, they won’t give us trouble if we say something Or were they afraid to say something to the big african american male with the bicycle? «He’s twice as big as the asian guys. Don’t say anything to him, we don’t want trouble» My ratings typically are fair. The thing is, this was pretty F@cked on there part. I am not the type of person who thinks public confrontation is ok. I am not a fan of embarrassing someone in public or embarrassing myself. I just wanted to know what the hell all of that was about… You can’t complain to a manager, if your complaint was about the manager. Thanks Starbucks managers for killing my vibe for the day.

When you sit at this location to Tea or Coffee up, your radar is on suspicious. It’s a tourist area so sometimes you wonder is this a customer or a riff-raff. I’m sure there’s an undercover working nearby. As usual a large, tall Breakfast Tea, 2 bags, for me. It’s tea time but hold on to all your personal belongings. Even when you’re a local you feel like a tourist.

I visited this Starbucks really early one morning to grab the family coffee. The family was getting ready in the hotel(we had to jump onto the city sightseeing tour at 9 am SHARP) so I ran up ahead to get the coffees. This location is right next to the Walgreens, which is right by a bunch of bus stops, and is in a really dirty area. I know they cannot help who loiters outside, but it seems like a lot of the grim and dirt from outside translates inside. I ordered three drinks and paid for them separately(hello I need my Stars!!!) and two of the three drinks were fine. My mother’s drink(flat white) was on the warm/cold side and she was unhappy.

Went in right before closing, and customer service was ehh… It was about 20 minutes before closing, but that doesn’t give you an excuse to not provide superb service. I went in to buy a San Francisco mug. The lady seemed to be in disbelief when we only bought the mug and not coffee to the point when she sarcastically responded«are you sure» when we said that all we wanted was the cup, no coffee.

I REALLY!!! Enjoyed my visit at this location Derek seemed new to the store but was catching on fast there was 4 guys on the floor Derek, Davison, Angel & Tall guy they worked as a wonderful team Davison helping Derek and Angel and the tall guy on bar. Angel and the tall guy get along very well and make a great team Angel and the tall guy was talking about King of cold Bar and the Tall guy was really the king he must’ve had 15 drinks in front of my drink and this guy killed it making fraps and Teas & Smoothies Also they all seem to enjoy their time working at Starbucks and I think they should be admired by the fabulous Team work them 4 guys had together. Best Starbucks I Ever Been To!!!

They have bad service and I was denied a free water. The ginger girl who was my cashier gave attitude. I did not appreciate having to wait a long line and not able to get a water whereas a few minutes before my friend was able to get a free water.

I love getting my iced coffee with caramel pumps and Breve(half & half). For the first time, out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to, got charged for Breve. How are you going to charge me for half & half when you offer it for free at the condiments stand?! I went back to get in line to ask why they had charged me for breve and the cashier said that anything after the standard milk they use will be charge… I understand if I want half the cup full of breve then it’s reasonable to charge me but when I want a splash you’re going to charge me 0.60? No thank you. To top it off, Sammy who was the barista on bar that day(5÷11÷13) had a lot of attitude towards the customers. Every time someone asked her for something she had a mean face and was extremely rude. I love my Starbucks but will definitely never go back to this location. Not only did I get charged for a splash of milk but the customer service was horrible. Wish I could give half a star but 1 will do.

The bald Asian man is very very nice. He made my drink very fast. The service was amazing. Although there are no bathrooms in the café, the bald Asian man directed me to the nearest one. A lot of customers, tourists to specify, are rude towards these kind baristas. Don’t hold it against them if they’re in a bad mood because of a customer before you. If you’re kind, the baristas will be kind. P. S. Treat others like how you want to be treated. Keep this in mind, because it will get you the best service here.

This location is simply AMAZING. I GIVEITTOTHESEGUYS! The lovely bald Asian guy(wish I got his name) was able to take my drink order, offer me a gold card, and direct me to the closest bathroom all while some rude lady decided to walk in front of me and yell at them while I order. Did I mention how he was still just a peach to this horrible lady. I would have seriously snapped at someone at that point but he didn’t! I’ve been reloading an older gift card I got many years back and no one has ever offered me a gold card(which I already have). Definitely felt appreciated here. I have been to many Starbucks throughout my existence and this was the best customer service I have received in a long time. This is prime location right at Fisherman’s Wharf which means it comes with longer lines since a lot of people have no idea what they are ordering and the amount of customers who cannot even communicate their order! Don’t blame the workers for taking long and having slow lines because people in line has no clue what they’re doing! From what I can see, these guys are working harder and faster than what I have seen elsewhere! About the bathroom thing, they made my drink fast enough where I got in and out and made it without wetting myself.

The bald man(Asian) is a major ass. He’s rude and enjoys making rude comments about customers with coworkers in front of the customer. I was that customer that he was crying about. I brought in my own personal cup for an ice beverage and you’re saying I can’t have a venti water? Hello, you didn’t even give me the cup discount. I even reloaded my card for $ 100 after noticing I was low on funds. Yes, it may have been rude of me to throw the«gold member» brochure back at you but I think it’s rude you threw my Starbucks card at me instead of handling it to me in my hand like how I gave it to you. Also, if you care to check, it states I’m a gold member. Less talking and gossiping with your coworkers would have helped you become a more effective employee. He got his feelings hurt but my drink was still consistent. I left pretty happy at my accomplishment at Starbucks.

I have been to many Starbucks location and this is by far worst service ever! My friends and I got our coffee pretty fast and definitely a star for that but after we got our drinks, I decided to add more ice to my drink since I got an iced drink and it was not cold enough. I was standing to get additional ice and I stood there for some time to catch the attention of one of the baristas. I know for a fact that he saw me standing there, yet he didn’t even bother to ask me if I needed something. He just went on what he was doing and I had to cut him off to get my ice. Overall, not coming back here again.

Location — Location — Location Starbucks has a policy if your aren’t 100%‘satisfied with the product you are served they will replace it — that being said how can this store or any Starbucks review so poorly. Free Tip — if they move slow you move slow if they screw up your drink don’t accept it explain to them slowly exactly what is wrong with the product you were given. Once you get your replacement make sure it’s perfect if it’s not tell them and they will have to make it again this will get the managers attention. Speaking of my experience at this location it was perfect, greeted with a smile, my order was taken and made accurately the first time. I have no issue with this location.
