Plusses: –A variety of unique drinks and snackage that encourages the customer to be adventurous(with something like a rose milk tea, for example) –The place is clean –The place is always open –Prompt service usually –Sealed cups Cons: –Unfriendly customer service –Snackage is bland(particularly the fried octopus) –Drinks are overpriced –Not wheelchair-friendly(the layout makes it difficult for my wheelchair-bound client and I to dine in if we wanted to)

Walked in and asked for a drink with pineapple jellies and they said they didn’t have any. I asked if I could sample the mango one and the guy at the register told me no. He came off very rude and did not seem to speak English very well. Had to walk out and not buy a drink.

I work close by here, so coming here is convenient but service here is.. it’s not horrible, but it’s not good either. The guys are rude-ish and the girls are really non-chalant or could care about anything. I ordered 4 drinks, all with boba and the girl gave me a smirk face, which I DONOTAPPRECIATE! The place itself is clean and well kept. Cute quiet area to chill.

Its great on days when i have boba cravings and need somewhere close since i work by here but its not the best boba . tried the regular milk tea which was okay. Satisfying Almond milk tea which i do not recommend it was way too sweet and tasted like medicine . Tiger milk tea which was pretty good but also a little sweet but i was craving sweets so it was okay They have food as well ~ tried the spam musubi which was a little too salty for my tastes

Don’t know how to take an order. Made us wait 10 minutes and served 2 other people before us that arrived after us. When we told them they didn’t do our entire order they just pretended that they did not understand us. This lasted about 1 minute until we got fed up. Would not suggest to anyone.

They had the best boba in town!!! You will love it. We also ordered the crispy chicken. The portion is well served and fit for two as snacks. It’s freshly fried and the seasoning reminds me of Taiwan’s night market if you know what I’m saying ;)

Quickly is a bubble tea chain but I actually like Quickly. They’re in a lot of places especially around the Bay Area and the milk tea has been consistently good for me. The tapioca is always chewy so I don’t really have any issues here. This location even takes credit card which is nice. Some Quickly shops don’t which is a bummer given this day and age. There is even some seating here. It’s located next to Fishermen’s Wharf so there’s a decent amount of foot traffic here.

A pleasant surprise to have stumbled upon this place while walking around Fisherman’s Wharf. Large menu for both drinks(which can all be hot or cold) and food. Food items looked good for snacking, like fried lobster balls and chicken, and toasts with toppings. I went with the classic milk tea with boba, which was decently priced at $ 2.71 for a rather large cup. No line and drink came out quickly. While not the best milk tea I’ve ever had, it was good with a nice amount of boba and not too much ice. Only negative thing to say is the drink wasn’t very cold. I would definitely come back!

Wife was looking for something to drink and I was looking for a snack as we waited for our tour bus to start loading. Got her a peach tea which got the job done. I had egg rolls on the brain until I saw… lobster balls. I’ll stop short of making comparisons to Rocky Mountain Oysters. Six little fried balls of crispy, salty lobster love. Doused in Sriracha from the condiment bar, it was a perfect snack for the $ 4.50 price tag. Seems like a better deal than a lot of the stuff you can get around Fisherman’s Wharf.

I had the curry fish balls. It’s a nice portion size for a snack and tasted like what you would get at a Chinese restaurant. I wouldn’t go out of my way to return, but wouldn’t discourage anyone from going either.

Time: 3:06pm/61°F cloudy Purpose: Couple of Quickly locations has closed down. Wanted to see why? Although some places are opening up too. Today, I have plenty of time on hand and near by. Ambiance: This location is one of the flashiest that illuminate lights day or night. Light up pastel menu board as well as electronic panel versions. Everything so bright will fit on Vegas strip. Counter holds Q-Presso two chamber espresso machine, numerous toppings/tea on display, ipad, tip jar, utensil/condiments. Posters plastered on wall of their menu, but we all know, it never comes out like the picture. Eight person seater with low lip backless stools. Color scheme same as any other location the usual orange/blue. Place is never busy so carrying a convo shouldn’t be problem. Staff: Asian dude high school level like dress like a HK hip hop superstar. Talks to me in a real serious tone. Sounded like a guarded secret of whats sold there. I’m thinking dude you’re not that important. Homeboy stands there watching my every movement. Now I can’t sneak a few pics in. Shoot got me piss off, I told him go back continue what he was doing. I get upset at places were the clerk just does nothing, but to watch you. Cleanliness: Grade A, impeccable, clean all around. Cleanest Quickly that I’ve ever seen. Most of the time, I always see them cleaning when its slow. Company policy I guess. Eats/Drinks: Original milk tea w/boba $ 2.46. Nothing special just black tea with milk and sugar mixed in and scoop of tapioca bobas. Every franchise location is consistently the same. Now the bobas were pretty good. Soft and chewy with no uncooked cake center taste. Didn’t like the unmelted ice bottom of cup. It could’ve have been a bit more tea instead of ice. My fault for now mentioning in beginning. Main Features: Sea salt creama series and fried octopus rice bowl. Products/Services: Espresso premium tea, flavor tea, toppings, coffee, snack, rice bowl, toast, snow, specialty drinks, sea salt crema, milk tea, slushy, yogurt drink, everything special drink. Fried snacks(over 11 versions/variations). Punch Lines: Not busy, solo worker, snooty service, off putting, nothing special, not as great, go elsewhere, not too engaging, kept to self, no recommendations, clean, zippy service, touristy area, step on/off tour bus, fisherman wharf, the cannery, seafood restaurants, hotels, aquatic park, Ghirardelli, street/garage parking. Tradeoffs: No more $.99 daily special drinks. All daily specials are $ 1.99 and up because of the location that its in. Best bet go to a Chinatown location at $ 1.49 now too. Final Thoughts: Quickly was never my favorite place for boba or snacks. I just drop by when ever time is the essence. Ever since Quickly hit the masses, I see it as a cheapo gas station. One pops up here and there every now and then. IMHO, I think new up and coming places are offering more superior drinks. Not saying Quickly is play out, it just needs to freshen up a bit. Change company logo perhaps new color scheme than the signature orange/blue color. Something needs to be done soon. We all know the story the longer you wait…

Terrible service, and the got my order wrong. There was a line of three families, with two on staff to serve. They seemed to cross cross across the kitchen unnecessarily, causing delays in getting orders out. The person in front of me had waited 10 minutes before he asked the status of his food order. This in turn delayed my food from being prepared. As far as boba tea places– this is pretty bad. Skip this place, and find something else to satisfy your thirst.

This is the only Quickly that I have been to but both experiences have been very pleasant and easy. The people behind the counter were very helpful with explaining what was on the menu. Also this place is one of the first places I found when on Fishermans Wharf so that’s a plus too The first time I ordered I tried something new with mango topping on the hottom, not my thing but it tasted fine. The second time I went I ordered a passion fruit milk tea Boba and it was delicious! Probably won’t get anything different next time just because it was that good.

I ordered an Almond Snow with extra boba. The boba was really chewy, but the slush was too sweet. They only have one cup size for the drinks. The size is a large in other boba places, so it’s a pretty good size. I liked how they had a variety of choices here. There’s a lot of snacks and drinks.

The McDonald’s of Boba. Lots of choices, poor quality ingredients, overworked staff, and really slow… head back up the hill to Chinatown for good quality Boba. They do have Takoyaki here…

One of the best Quickly in the city. Love their boba drinks and the fried octopus and takoyaki. Go their almost every day. Got their rewards card and got my free drink after 10 drinks. Staff is friendly as well.
