Rudest Starbucks I have ever been to… I frequent this area, and usually I have an «ok» experience, but today everyone was just flat rude, and provided horrible customer service

Got a bagel which was great, but man oh man were the guys working horrible. I was greeted with«what do you want.» And a sour face. He then turned around to get my bagel and another even grumpier face walked up and put his hand out. I have him my card with a smile on my face. He swiped and started to walk away. I asked if it went through cause he hasn’t said thank you or anything for that matter and didn’t give me a receipt. The other guy then handed me my bagel and that was it. I received a total of 2 sentences. «What do you want.» And«yes it went through» what a lovely bunch of men working there. Haha, I will be sure to turn right around the next time they are working.

This Starbucks just got worst. Service is always slow but service just got super bad. It’s close to me therefore I come here but really need to make some changes for this location. Rude, not friendly and slow. I miss the old staff they had.

Everytime i enter this Starbucks the same guy is always working and making drinks & he always look like he has a attitude. It’s not my fault you decided to work at Starbucks. I ordered a Carmel Frapuccino with extra Carmel around the cup. He did not make it right! so I asked the cashier if he can do my Frapuccino again, and the guy who was making the drinks seem as he had an attitude. This Starbucks does not know how to make there drinks at all I would not go back in here again. Usually when I go to a Starbucks everyone is mostly bubbly. This one everybody is dry and antisocial.

They really need to do something about their crew. theiy are not only rude when you walk in after 7 but they also qould kick you out from 7:30 on. we know they close at 8 bit they wil let you know every minute you stay. really rude people!

This place gives off the worse vibes ever! I went in today to get a simple drink. Just a hot tea that’s all that’s it. The 2 people behind the register made me feel as if I was an inconvenience to them. Ummm aren’t you on the clock? Almost everyone who works here acts as if they hate it there just as much as I hate going in. :) it’s seriously my last resort when I’m in a rush.

One of the worst Starbucks around. So incredibly slow. Rude customer service. Always out of milk and drink condiments on the shelf and typically dirty in the area. Wish none of this was the case because it’s in a great location. This is not based on a single visit but various.

Avoid when busy. After about 30 minutes of waiting for my drink(there were about 50 people in line or waiting for their coffee) I asked if mine was coming up. It was an iced coffee, without sweetener. So, cold coffee out of the pitcher and ice, into a cup. Apparently they either lost the cup, or someone else picked up my drink. This was after watching a few people who ordered well after me pick up the same drink. The same thing happened to a few other folks as well. I’d rather have no coffee than to wait for a half hour.

This is the rudest Starbucks that i have ever been to. It is the day before christmas eve and these workers should be in better spirit. They are making the company look bad i will never come back here again

This is the worst Starbucks — the employees are rude, on almost every occasion. It is also so slow — even when they are staffed with 4 employees, getting a coffee is a long wait. This location needs a serious shake up. I’ve been going to this location for nearly four years and it’s become progressively worse. I’m done with this place, I’ll go to the Peet’s two doors down.

This Starbucks is the slowest I have ever been in in my entire life. The line is always almost out the door on Saturdays yet they never seem to speed up and there’s usually only three people working. Get it together please :)

Just ordered a drink and it was horrible I love Starbucks but the girl with short hair cannot make drinks or maybe she doesn’t care. She made my drink wrong and it was all ice so I watched her top off the rest with milk if I wasnt in a rush I would’ve asked for a new one

The corner Starbuck’s in Russian Hill has been remodeled. «Like, I give a shit!» The iconic frozen frappuccino is celebrating its 20th anniversary. For a limited time, the coffee chain has made a special frappé drink to mark its anniversary; «The Happy Birthday Frappuccino!» For $ 3.95, I get a mixture of Vanilla Bean Frappé with a splash of hazelnut syrup and a raspberry flavored whipped cream topping in a 20oz cup(«grande» in Starbuck’s size terms). The way the frozen drink looks is like a birthday cake. But the drink was just too sweet for my liking. The special frozen drink is just available until the end of March. But I am sure some Starbuck’s locations will still make the celebratory frozen beverage. For me, I just wanted that one and only time and that is it!

This is a cool Starbucks, good coffee, friendly employees. Came here the other night and they were closed at 8:30, seemed fairly early for a coffee shop(although it was a Wednesday).

I ordered a tall latte, when it was time to pick up the latte, felt more like an empty cup. Open the lid to find foam, ok. There’s something in there. Barely took a sip n walked a block away, im still steaming from lack of weight. So I opened the lid again and the foam has defoamed compltelty and I found myself holding a half full cup. Seruously! What the heck, I just paid $ 4+ for this?! Never again at this location. Ill go to the other chain down the street, cheaper too.

What is wrong with the manager of this Starbucks location? First, this location is one of the most disgustingly dirty ones I’ve seen anywhere in the world, and I’ve been to locations throughout the US, Europe, Asian and South America. This one is the worst … more food, spilled drink, and who knows what else covering the sidewalk just outside of this location than any I’ve seen anywhere. Don’t they ever clean?! Second, there is rarely enough food inside. 9 out of 10 times I’ve gone there in the middle of the day, the food bin that should be filled with pastries is more than ¾ empty. Even though they are many hours left in their business day. Does the manager of this Starbucks location just not want to sell food at all, so that he purposefully doesn’t offer any? Or is he trying so hard to keep his food cost down, that he never bothers to realize they will never profit if they don’t actually offer sufficient product that people would want to buy? Does he really not get that the reason people are not ordering more is because they don’t actually offer any to sell? Frankly, even though this location is very close to where I live, I’ve taken to walking many other blocks to other locations much further away, as this one is pathetic. Either he needs to get his team to do some serious cleaning on a regular basis, plus he needs to actually order enough product to sell, or the manager should be fired for incompetence.

This Starbucks definitely leaves much to be desired. It’s too bad I have already built up a routine to come here. The A/C is always on freezing cold. I asked the barista and she curtly said«we like to keep it cold.» No question of comfort for the customers. Half of the baristas here are also much less friendly than other cafes I have been to. Usually some combination of attitude or curtness. I am not a frequent Unilocaler with negative reviews, but after dealing with this the last several visits, feel I need to say something online at least. Wish I could talk to the manager at least about the A/C because I don’t think I want to come back anymore.
